He was very easy to talk to and he made the journey very pleasant. Kevin knew exactly where we had to show our documents and the process was very easy. Nosotros llegamos Paris donde Tony (nuestro chófer) ya nos estába esperando para iniciar la aventura. Al encontrarnos con el le comentamos que Manny necesitaba ir urgentemente al baño, muy amablemente antes de iniciar el viaje a Calis hizo una parada para que el pueda ir. Sus recomendaciones con respecto a los documentos fueron buenas y el te acompaña en todo momento. Llegamos a Folkestone y todo salió mejor de lo que esperamos. Feb 19,2025Travel, even at the best of times, can be stressful—let alone with a pet. Mira made the booking process very easy, and as other comments suggest, her communication was exemplary. We needed to juggle dates, and our last-minute questions and requests were accommodated without issue. The driver was on time and completed the trip efficiently. The car was clean and comfortable, ensuring a stress-free journey for our dog. I would highly recommend Pets Moves Abroad to anyone looking to transport their pet anywhere.

Feb 18,2025We used Pet Moves Abroad to travel from Paris back to the UK with our small Poodle. We had a lot of luggage so the driver picked us up from the airport and drove us home to our door via the Eurotunnel. Mira and Simon the driver were outstanding throughout. The communication and organisation was friendly, responsive and effective. They kept us completely in the loop with timing and relevant processes to put us at ease - took away a lot of the stress involved with travelling and moving with our dog. Would highly recommend.

The driver Pino was very friendly and efficient. It was suprisingly fast to drive from Paris to London. Highly recommended. My cat was very calm during the whole journey (although he haaates the car usually) and passing customs was a breeze in Calais.

Feb 13,2025I couldn't recommend pet moves abroad highly enough if you need to travel to the UK with your pets. After taking my dog to Japan for heart surgery, I was looking for a relatively stress free way to get back home to London via Paris as dogs aren't allowed to fly back into the UK. From my first enquiry, Mira was so helpful and arranged everything really quickly for us. Our driver Pino was fantastic, really friendly and helpful and it made such a big difference having someone who knew all about the paperwork to take us through le shuttle. We managed to avoid a very long journey with multiple train changes thanks to finding pet moves abroad and it only took 4 hours to get from Paris Charles de Gaulle to our home in London. A wonderful service!

The communication was great, they guided me through all administrative matters and showed flexibility in arranging a very late taxi request. Simon, our driver for the journey, was very kind, punctual and efficient.

Feb 11,2025Top service! We moved from Germany to the UK on 11.24 and our cat couldn't be moved in the hold of a plane, so we looked for other options. When I encountered Mira I stopped looking elsewhere. The service was personal and impeccable through email and Whatsapp. I flew to Paris and was picked up by a pet taki, a lovely guy named Mo, and were driven to our new home, going through customs and all that was needed. I wish the rest of my move was as easy and flawless as this. I would add stars if I could. Thank you so much!

Feb 08,2025I travelled today with my dog from Malta to Paris where I was greeted by our driver Jovan. This has been such a fantastic service! Jovan was punctual with meeting us at arrivals & once we got to the euro tunnel to check my pet in, I didn't need to do anything, he sorted everything at the desk with my documents & it was an absolute breeze thanks to his knowledge. I wasn't particularly looking forward to the long drive to Cheshire but the time absolutely flew by thanks to Jovan. The car was spacious & comfortable too. Brilliant experience. I highly recommend! Feb 07,2025I am so grateful that we found Pets Move Abroad to help us with our move to London. From the very beginning, Mira was so helpful and responded to all of our inquiries quickly. We had quite a few changes to our schedule early on and she always reassured us that if we needed to make changes last minute that they would be there to help. Our driver, Kevin, was so kind and patient. He ensured we had everything we needed at the pet clearance and with border control and even took care of our dog for a few moments while we had to go inside to get our biometrics confirmed and passports stamped. Our drive was smooth and he was very accommodating with making sure we were all comfortable. I can't recommend this service enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. :)

My driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. I was very nervous about the pet document control but it was very smooth since the driver handles all the process at the control station. Feb 04,2025I had an incredible experience traveling with Pet Moves. Mira was quick and objective on WhatsApp and even helped me with some questions about my dog's documentation. I came from Brazil, straight to Portugal and from there I went to Paris and then to London. At the agreed time, the driver Kevin was waiting for me at the door of my hotel in Paris. The trip was smooth, Kevin is very kind, polite and patient too. When we arrived at the Pets control room, they found a mistake in my dog's European passport that the vet in Portugal made. The agent recommended a nearby vet and Kevin took me there. Also, my English is not that good, and he promptly helped me. We arrived in London comfortably and safely! Honestly, it was one of the coolest trips I've ever taken. I will definitely hire the service again. Thank you!

Feb 02,2025When we realised we can’t take our cats in cabin to UK it was very overwhelming. We searched some pet taxi companies but “pet moves abroad” gained our trust immediately. Everyone was very polite in emails, professional and fast responsive. Also the fact that the company was highly adjustable to the number of luggages or even the date and the hour of pickup with no extra charges it was a big green flag.In addition this specific company is authorised by the uk government to pet travel so you don’t have to worry more about anything else. I know the cost of every pet taxi is much expensive but is the best way to travel with your pet in order to minimise the stress that they might feel. When the day of our travel came we were very stressed for everything to go as planned. Kawa our driver was there every minute to guide us and help us in the border control. Everything went smoothly and after a couple of hours we were safely home. We want to thank this company and Kawa specifically for bringing us safely home. We would 100% recommend it to everyone who is dealing with the same situation.

Feb 23,2025We had the best experience imaginable with Pet Moves Abroad! It was very stressful for me (and my kitty!) making the move to the UK from Australia but Mira was so accommodating, responsive and helpful! We had to fly into France as I brought my cat in the cabin (a huge experience in itself) and from my original enquiry about CDG-London transport, Mira answered my myriad of questions and did a bit of much needed consoling as I hit a number of hurdles and issues with timings and paperwork. She arranged for us to meet a vet in France, so we could use our EU pet health certificate to get a pet passport to enter the UK. The Aus govt would only issue the EU one, so an EU pet passport was our only option for entry and this being organised by Pet Moves Abroad gave us lots of comfort in times of otherwise huge stress and panic! Kevin was a great driver, he let me know as soon as he was at the airport, answered my questions via WhatsApp from baggage claim and then we chatted the whole way to London. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the journey, the vet trip and the Eurotunnel experience, which is maybe not surprising but again it was great to be looked after and in the care of proficient people- particularly after our long journey. Couldn't recommend Pet Moves Abroad more highly, a huge thanks to Mira, Kevin and the team for the phenomenal service!! Love Ali + Leopold
