Aug 08,2023We'd had a nightmare in Europe with all the bad weather, our cars were utterly smashed up from the giant hail stones which attacked us whilst we were in Lake Garda. Unable to drive our vehicles back to the UK in the state they were in, whilst the 6 other members of our group were able to take flights back to the UK. Unfortunately, we couldn't as we had our little dog with us. We were in a complete mess and had no idea how we were going to get back into the UK. My friend had googled Pet taxis and found Pet Moves Abroad. I contacted Paul and I can honestly say, he put my mind at rest and helped us so much. He had a driver waiting for us at Calais who was so incredibly helpful and drove us from France to our home in West Sussex. It was very unusual circumstances but without Paul and his team, I really don't know what we would have done. Thank you Paul and Kevin, you have been amazing to us! xxx

When you plan to move long distances with your pets, the whole experience can be daunting and overwhelming but this company makes it easier. Mira was clear and efficient with her communication. Pino drove us safely across borders. He too was very polite, accomodating and professional. Would recommend their service to anyone with furry friends.

Aug 04,2023While my travel day was hell with last minute flight changes and horrific traffic, I can’t thank Pet Moves Abroad more for being with us through the whole process. I didn’t realize I couldn’t fly with my cat to the UK until 2 weeks before my travel date. A quick research showed this as a viable option. After reading reviews and speaking with Mira on WhatsApp, I felt this was a safe (and frankly my only) option. Everything that could go wrong on the travel day did - but it was to no one’s fault and I really appreciated having someone who understand the process and was able to guide me through it. And being dropped right at my new door step after such a crap travel day was everything. If you’re moving to the UK with a pet, good luck! Be my friend. And definitely use Mira as a resource.

She is very professional and patient. And, driver Kevin picked up us at Paris airport. He is friendly and helpful. The team is great. Providing what we needed in the journey. Having the knowledge that Kevin from Petsmoveabroad was picking us up from Paris Airport took such a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. I wasn't disappointed. The service was exceptional. Kevin, our driver was extremely kind, patient and helpful with regard to a few cat toilet issues on route to Calais from Paris and at UK Border Control.

Jul 29,2023Im not one to leave reviews but I felt I had to for, PetMovesAbroad. I can't thank them enough. It was so stressful getting my dog home from Senegal, with so much red tape to get through and conflicting information of how to get her home from the gov website/Defra in uk and Air France . I'm so glad I reached out to PMA as they made the final part of the journey easy. Nothing was a problem. I just told them my flight time, dog crate size and they did all the work for me. Kevin, my driver was brilliant! He was super friendly and helpful. He even went as far as to help me clean my dogs crate!! Which was not pleasant!! (she had had a few accidents in it during the flight) I was so happy that she was able to sit on the back seat with me (I had brought my car harness with me) so that she didn't have to go through the stress of being in the crate again. The journey was comfortable,quick and easy. I honestly cannot recommend them enough, to take the stress and worry away!! And if I was to do another expat assignment, I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys,. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jul 25,2023Paul and Mira were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire journey. My pets specific transfer procedure was quite complicated due to where he was coming, however, Paul and Mira went above and beyond when it came to their services as they even arranged a vet visit for me on arrival so that my dog would have the proper documentation to cross into the u.k. Paulo was also extremely courteous and made me aware of the entire process before the journey started. He was there to pick me up as soon as I arrived and got me and Chewie back home safe and sound! An amazing job done by the entire team and highly recommend their services to anyone trying to get their pets transferred!

Their advice before travel was essential and they made an extra effort to make sure I had the necessary paperwork. On the day of travel, Dave drove us from Paris to London and showed consideration and genuine care for my dogs’ needs as well as my own. If I ever travel with animals again, I don’t need to consider any other company.
