Absolutely fantastic. Even when we dropped the ball with paperwork (had to get another certificate as one was a few days out - missed by airlines though!) they got us in touch with a nearby vet and we made the next booking. Absolute heros - used them twice now. Highly recommend them.

The process from start to finish was efficient and easy. Communication closer to the time was done through WhatsApp. Simon my driver was great and made me feel as ease through the whole journey. He even helped me in the airport with Ozzie which helped as I was so tired from all the travel. Would highly recommend!!!

Wonderful service! Very kind, professional and not expensive. The owner is a sweet lady and the communication was great. The driver is also professional and kind. My cats arrived happy and totally relaxed in UK from NL! During the travel we received info about the itinerary. Definitively the best.

After being let down by multiple airlines we only had a couple of 2 weeks to organise moving our pet from Italy to the UK. After researching the internet we found petmovesabroad.co.uk and they were brilliant from beginning to the end. Mira organised everything and was incontact from beginning to the end, even checking up with us the next day, which was a lovely personal touch. The driver Kevin, got in touch before travel to ensure we had his contact details and he kept in touch throughout the day to let me know his location. He picked us up in Paris and from the beginning was extremely friendly and polite. The whole experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this pet travel service to anyone, thanks to Mira and the team

Already at home 🇬🇧💖 🇪🇸🇨🇵🇬🇧 Thank you very much for your help, excellent service and contact with the client through 📲 WhatsApp, super fast and without waiting all the time in communication, thank you, without you I think I would not have made it from one moment to the next Everything turned into chaos. I contacted the company and everything was solved and the service was excellent and fast. Paulo was super friendly and very professional. The car was very comfortable. BILLS was asleep throughout the trip and was very comfortable. Thanks to the company and the excellent driver. My children were waiting for me with great enthusiasm, I could not fail them.

We travelled, for the first time with our 3 cats, from Paris to London - a journey of almost 7 hours and we felt comfortable and safe. While planning the trip Paul and Mira gave us all the info we needed and then Paulo drove safely and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. 100% recommended!

I travelled with a pet to the UK from Finland. The driver met us in Paris and was professional and knowledgeable and I felt in safe hands. I totally recommend this service above getting pets shipped as cargo.

We used Pet Moves Abroad for a move between Paris and London and it was absolutely great! We had quite a few changes with the dates and they were very flexible in adjusting to our plan. Our driver Jovan was very pleasant too, the drive was perfect. Definitely recommend.

I used it after receiving a recommendation from an acquaintance that it's really nice! It was so perfect! The driver was very nice!! Everyone in this company was nice and friendly, me and my dog came back comfortably and safely! I highly recommend this company and will use it again next time!!! It's the best!

I've had a long story with this amazing company. The first time I knew them was two years ago when I was first introduced to Mira. I had an issue with airlines taking My dog out of saudi Arabia because he is 10 kilos so most airlines to refused to have him in cabin. The first time I made a booking with Mira and at the same day of the flight I had to leave my dog for his own safety and take the pet taxi with Pino myself from Paris to Europe. Mira was so understanding to my situation and she promised me to give a discount next time I will try to bring Lucky to UK. The second time when we have just made it a few days ago. Finally, it made so emotional how Mira and Jovan so great, kind and understanding to the tough time I have been through. Jovan is driver who took us from the airport. He's absolutely incredible and sensible. He stopped in every single place for Lucky to relieve himself. I believe words are never enough to thank you guys to have my dog arrived safely to UK. You are amazing and wish the best in your next trips xxxx

Our journey from Paris to London was very smoothly executed. Our driver, Simon, was super chill (exactly what we needed when we were running late to meet him), a safe driver (perfect for that pesky Paris traffic), and a wonderful conversationalist. Our 2 cats were comfortable the entire way and we had the luxury of stopping as needed, for as long as desired. The entire experience was a delight.

I had a long flight from Tokyo to CDG and then needed to get to Leicester, UK to relocate. Pet Moves helped me every step of the way - Mira was extremely quick to respond to all my queries and gave some great pointers for paperwork and common mistakes to avoid. Dave picked us up from CDG and was very kind to my boy and knowledgeable about the steps we would be taking during the journey - telling me when to get paperwork ready at Calais and guiding me through the process - it was all much smoother than I had expected! We had a long drive in some heavy rain but Dave was always cheerful and positive - really great for us after such a tiring journey. We had a few toilet stops along the way - but for most of the journey, my boy slept soundly in the back seat. Couldn’t have asked for any more - highly recommended! Thanks Mira and Dave!!

Pat was amazing and made this part of our journey really smooth travelling from Folkestone to Calais on the Eurotunnel. Really nice guy, flexible and calm when we were late arriving for our pre planned Eurotunnel time due to another train we were on before being delayed. I will definitely be using this company again when we need to travel back over to the UK.

I spent weeks browsing to find a way to travel from Italy to the UK with my three cats, then finally I found them and since the very beginning, the way Mira talked to me and helped me, I realize they were different and so understanding and I though to myself: that's the one! Tony was a remarkable driver and a lovely man, the journey was absolutely smooth and much more pleasant than I though. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found them and I will strongly recommend Pet Moves Abroad for sure!
