Sep 14,2023We required a this services after Iberia failed to inform us that pets could not board our plane to the UK. In the urge to get our pet cat safely from Madrid to the UK we contacted Petmovedabroad and were assigned Pino who helped at all stages of my trip from Paris to Calais and from Calais all the way to LONDON providing a very professional, close and very enjoyable service. This was definitely the easiest part of the trip, being able to rely on Pino who was very informed on how to present my pet cat in costume, providing custom officers with my ID and my pets ID and being exactly what to expect from these services. Pino, we will always be grateful for your services. 100%recomended

Sep 13,2023Kawa drove us from Paris to London safely with our dog and cat. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. We were home sooner than expected even though there was a long delay at the Eurotunnel.

Journey was safe but quick, seats are comfortable, it was indeed a very good experience.

Sep 12,2023Moving to the UK from US has a number of complexities to navigate, not least of which, was bringing our pet cat with us. After careful research and consideration – and deciding we did NOT want our kitty to fly in the aircraft hold – we decided to use Pet Moves Abroad and are so glad we did! Mira was extremely helpful and communicative and answered our (many) questions regarding transit. After flying from Washington DC to CDG, the affable Tony picked us up, told us what to expect and got us over from France with minimal fuss. I would highly recommend Pet Moves Abroad from anyone moving or travelling to Britain who, like us, doesn’t want their animal companion riding below in the hold. Thank you Pet Moves Abroad!

Sep 11,2023Excellent service! Our driver, David, arrived early and was waiting for us at an easy place for us to find him upon our arrival to Paris. He was very helpful and friendly, and made the journey from the airport and tunnel crossing to Folkestone comfortable and pleasant for us and my dog. He was also very helpful while assisting me at the pet check in point. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend!

With a dog you have NO chance to leave the country on short notice. Paolo is a very friendly and well organised Person and we can't thank petmovesabroad enough. They took a complicated issue of traveling with our cat to the UK and simplified it so much so that the entire events of the day were completely smooth sailing! I would absolutely use them in the future if need be. Petsmoveabroad is is an excellent service, They are highly organized, extremely helpful, kind and quite the professions. In the beginning they spell out the details of the trip in bringing the cat to the Uk then they do everything possible to see that it gets done. They are good and honest people who will make your experience a treasured one!!

Sep 06,2023I panicked when I realized I couldn’t take my cat in the aircraft cabin as I was moving to England. My cat has allergies, asthma, and anxiety. Paul kindly responded to my last minute request with empathy and rallied to accommodate me. Mira kept in contact with me as the trip got closer, guiding me along. And SIMON picked us up at the airport not even blinking at how much luggage I had or how heavy it was. He drove us expertly and safely to EuroTunnel. He was an absolute delight to chat with along the way. He kept me informed of our expected arrival time and then still got us to our hotel faster than expected. This company made what could have been a stressful and exhausting experience instead navigable and doable. I am so grateful and heartily recommend the company to others taking pets abroad!!

Our driver, Pat, picked us up at 9am and we were at our destination in France way ahead of our schedule. The ride through the channel was smooth and Pat helped us get our dog quickly through pet reception. He is extremely helpful with a wealth of pertinent information. I wish every company was as responsive, informed and easy to work with as Pet Moves Abroad. Many times during the process I had questions regarding paperwork or a multitude of all the details one has to plan for on a trip across multiple countries with a pet. Sep 03,2023We live in London and wanted to visit our family and friends in Mexico, so needed a way to arrive to Paris with our little dog for then take an airplane to Mexico. Paul and Mira services, communication and follow up was quick, easy and clear. Mark picked us up and left us where we needed. His car was spotless and he made all the process of crossing to France very easy. We always received helped from them, based on their experience which we are extra grateful for. I would highly recommend using this company.

He took our stress level way down because we knew that he was there to help us through the process of getting our dog through. I will be booking with Mira and Jovan time and time again. Sep 14,2023Absolutely amazing service. Mira was super helpful from the start. We were doing a big trip with our 2 dogs and Mira took care to contact us several times before our trip to make sure we had everything ready, even suggested pet friendly hotels for our stay. Our driver, Kevin, was fantastic as well, briefing us on the process every single step of the way and making sure our dogs as well as us were all comfortable throughout the trip. We were quite nervous to use any service of the sort because it was our first time doing so and my dogs are both quite anxious, however, we ended up choosing Mira and her company because of all the great reviews, their instagram page as well as the professionalism and genuine interest in our needs transmitted by Mira during our very first conversation with her. Overall, a great service that we highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future!
