From the start (communication on email and WhatsApp, regular updates, even last min support with our US vets’ pets docs!), to finish (driver carrying our bags right to our door), we had the best experience and couldn’t be happier to have found this company. The pets were comfy, the drive smooth, and the whole process way less intimidating than imagined. Recommending to all our pet loving friends!!

Jul 01,2023Very efficient and completely flexible. We brought a dog from Hong Kong to England via Paris with Air France because they allowed a dog to accompany the passenger. The first time round the paperwork went wrong and I received a full refund. The second time round everything worked perfectly. The driver who picked up in Paris was a delight and fixed everything very smoothly. Can’t recommend more highly.

Jun 29,2023Our family moved from USA to UK and we needed to bring three cats. Our cats all have cardio issues and get stressed going to the vets let alone a long journey. Pets move abroad were fantastic. Mira was always available beforehand and was quick to answer any questions. The car was very spacious and comfortable, and our driver helped navigate taking our pets through the Chunnel, Making the trip as smooth as possible. Thank you!

From the beginning Paul and Mira were very good answering all my questions and concerns through email and Whatsapp. They assign you a driver and provide you with their contact information before traveling. Our driver, Tony, contacted us the day before to introduce himself and confirming pick up time. Our flight was delayed by an hour, and since they have the flight information, they were able to accommodate everything, so it wasn't an issue. This was also because Tony, our driver, was extremely professional and experienced, so he was able to help us get through the entire process on time and very smoothly. He will guide you and help you at the pet reception and the border. He'll also help you with your bags and making sure you have a stress -free journey. Will definitely contact them again in the future.

You provided the best experience right from you lending me a few euros so that I could get something to eat at the Paris airport to getting water for me and my 2 dogs. Lending me a helping hand carrying one of my dog right to your taxi and then helping with the bags. It was such a great experience traveling with you Karsten. Thank you for pointing out all helpful things throughout the journey from useful apps to even giving me those tags/tickets from eurotunnel travel to keep as memory. You were such a joy to ride with. Jun 19,2023I chose Pet Moves Abroad because Mira Berardo (I guess she is the owner, but I'm not sure) gave me confidence during the initial conversations and responded to my questions very quickly. My wife and I would have to bring our 3 very old cats (all aged around 18) from Portugal to London which would take over 14 hours including a flight from Lisbon to Paris and a 8-hour drive from Paris to London. On our travel day, Mira, as well as driver Tony, has been communicating with us closely. My flight had a 2-hour delay that day due to a national strike in France. Mira and Tony patiently kept close contact with us and kept telling us not to worry all the time. Finally, we met Tony and he was very kind to us (even after a 2-hour extra wait due to the flight delay). We enjoyed a lot traveling on their pet taxi, which was comfortable and spacious, and of course, Tony drove very skillfully and carefully. Sure, I highly recommend Pet Moves Abroad.

Thanks to you and Jovan who was my wonderful driver I got to bring my little baby kitty to the UK all the way from Colombia which was no easy task! ❤️ Making the whole trip very smooth, the driver knew exactly what papers were needed where, and prepared me for every step on the way and was patient for me as I had some delay at the airport! Jun 17,2023I highly recommend their pet taxi service. We met Tony immediately after settled the pet document, he arrived earlier than the schedule time. He is so nice and caring, he arranged 2 drop off points for us to walk the pets. The whole journey was so smooth & fast.

Jun 15,2023This was a bit more expensive than other services but I chose Pets Move Abroad because they were the most responsive and organised. Mira was great in organising the trip with me and Pino was my driver, who was lovely! We had a great chat and he helped me out when we realised my vet had filled out the pet passport incorrectly. He was super knowledgeable and supported me loads in getting it sorted calmly and quickly. Would defo recommend this company for something so big and a journey that can be somewhat stressful was made easy for me and my little Luna. Getting her home comfortably was the most important thing and PMA was the right pick for me and her.

Jun 14,2023From the beginning the communication was great. Mira was very clear with the paperwork needed, the costs, and answered all of my questions. The driver, Jovan, was very nice and friendly. He picked us at the airport and took us somewhere with green areas so the dogs could do their needs and rest before taking the eurotunel. He left us at the door of our flat. So glad we used this service to simplify our trip.

Jun 13,2023Mira was efficient to book eurotunnel and let me know the procedure. The driver, Simon, was polite and helpful in the clearance at the borders. He also tried his best to drive us and our 4 cats safe from Paris Airport to Plymouth. It took 9 hours driving. Thank you for your excellent service.

Thankfully the lovely driver Kevin made the journey very relaxing and calming for my nervous dog and he settled well in London home immediately after the journey.
