Aug 29,2023We had a wounderful experience with Pet Moves Abroad. Mira is very helpful, she helped us to arrnaged 2 pet taxi efficiently. She is always responsive. We arrived Paris on 2 August. Pat and Simon waited for us at the airport. The my are extremely helpful during the trip and they guided us to finish all the border and custom tasks. I have no hesitation to rated 5 star, highly recommend!!

Aug 28,2023Absolutely amazing service. Very responsive operator and excellent driver. I have had more than 5000 taxi rides in my lifetime and our driver Kawa is definitely among my top 5 experiences. He is also amazing with animals, have us a few useful tips for making the trip more enjoyable for our cat and demonstrated great knowledge of all the intricacies of going through the Eurotunnel with a pet! I recommend this to everyone who wants to get their furry friend to or from UK safely!

Simon, our driver, made us feel at ease, explained next steps and helped us out at the order crossing. Overall, amazing experience!

Mira was very helpful and organised from the outset, explaining how it would all work, and how much we would need to pay. Simon, our driver arrived very promptly on the day of our trip and was very efficient and pleasant throughout. We have no issues and we are planning to use the same service on our return next month

Aug 26,2023I have made arrangement with this pet taxi company few months ago for my dog to travel to UK this Sept, however, my dog is sick now and I have to cancel the trip, Mira from this company was very kind to offer me full refund of the Eurotunnel fee I have paid and I have received the refund already. I m so glad not only they refunded me quickly but Mira has been very helpful in answering and solving my worries/questions about the trip. Irene

Our car broke down on the way back from France and we were stuck with regard to travelling home with our dog. Mira was quick to reply and was straightforward and lovely to deal with. Everything was simple - which was SO appreciated in an otherwise really stressful situation. The driver was fantastic, and the journey very smooth. 100% recommend.

I was able to comfort my cat throughout and it made what could have been a stressful transition an enjoyable experience. Mira gave me all the instruction for being able to bring my beautiful boy Spark to UK. She told me what to do for the custom, and on what time. She provided me all the information necessary for having a smooth journey. Few days before my journey started, She gave me all the information about the driver, the route, time, what to expect etc... On the day of travel I got picked by Kevin, great driver, very nice guy and super professional. Trip was great. Simon knows the ropes at UK Border Customs so well and talked me through the whole process - it was far smoother and easier than I ever imagined I would not hesitate to use Simon and the Pet Moves Abroad team again and I totally endorse their service
