Great price for phone service. $145 for a year of long distance and phone. I also use a virtual number to forward calls from an old phone number.

I am happy with the phone service and pricing. I brought my own phone and although technical support was helpful it took a long time to get everything set up. Now that it is set up I am very happy with the service.

Nasty company. Blocked calls due to an expired credit card without first contactin us.
I have so far had real great expeirence with service and device. No real setup insructions for my router tried the closest to mine and messed with call log so then checked other routers and most use dmz not port fowarding so i set it to dmz and log works again. also if some way that companies could work together on portinnumbers to make transition smoother.
Phone service is OK so far. But the long wait times to get through to customer service while being forced to listen to an endless repeating loop of headache inducing piano pounding accounts for the loss of two stars.
Initial telephone number transfer was terrible. second line transfer was not as initially indicated. While customer service tried they could not give me any info as to when service would be working. It took one month for service to begin which was not tolerable or as reasonably committed.
Takes too long to answer the phone.
You need more improve your service
Took forever to get VoIP up and running. Can’t rewind within voicemails. I can’t figure out the call forwarding options. Voice quality has been OK so far. iPad app sucks.
I hate this company I have been with this company for 5 years with 2 lines never missed a payment, they just charged my card again without permission and refuse to change my caller ID, watch me cancel this service! I dare you charge my card again. and these people are incompetent dense idiots, the only reason why I have dealt with this company is because of the flexibility in changing my caller ID, rachid ignorant females working from home, that constantly hung up the phone in my ear for no reason, I have referred hundreds of people because I am a affiliate trainer and marketing company, I complained and the super visor Ms. Jessie was worst than the rep! OMG..all I ask for was to change my caller ID because I was promoting a new internet promotion, I had not changed my caller ID since 2016. God what a mistake she asked for everything besides my DNA. she was rude, nastey, maybe because I had to send 15 emails right after another begging for someone to answer the phone, the constantly calling over and over for 1 hour. ..and guess what they still havent changed my caller ID a week later! and they tried to charge me to change my ID after all of that! I asked for the policy changes and requirements for a affiliate marketer or internet business and still have not seen one document that says she had the right to ask for all of those documents, 1 million dollars in insurance I showed her then still my caller Id have not been changed .... All I can say is Run... fast as you can.. find spectrum at least they list your business in the yellow pages, with no drama, .I am a affiliate marketer a good paying customer and to be treated like garbage, and today my caller ID still have not been changed because they wanted me to pay $5.00 to change something that never worked in the first place, sorry...work at home people run! run....I hope the owner reads this and make changes to his customer service departments because paying and loyal customers like me is what have kept you in business. hey affiliate marketers " your personal sales teams"

Simple setup, knowledgeable support, and great service at a very attractive price. If you need a land line phone or/and fax, this is the way to go.

Oct 16,2018This company has been one that I used for more than 8 years. However, when I was done with their service I was charged for an additional year and when they were not able to collect due to credit card change they sent my bill for $175 to collections. I didn't receive any information about this occuring or given the option to not pay for an additional year. Bad business practice - read the fine print and stay away!
