I transfer my existing phone number to Phone Power with out any complications neither any problems. transfer was smooth and easy. service so far is excellent.
Useless service with useless customer service.
Excellent service at reasonable prices.Easy to use interface with more options than most.I particularly like the simultaneous ring feature .When my home phone rings my cell phones ring simultaneously .You can also set up to ring home phone first then after set number of rings you preselect then which ever numbers you select will ring.I have had service for several years with no down time.
Your people were excellent and courteous.I paid to start your service, but my partner came home, objected and wanted to keep our internet provider for phone service. I will be back once I convince him to change.
Service can be a bit spotty sometimes, with weird noises interrupting my side of service, but its certainly better than CenturyLink!!

Phone Power in my eyes is a great service for the price they are asking for. Yes if you look you can find a cheaper service, but this service is great. This is my second month with Power Phone. When I first received Power Phone modem it was easy to set up. The only problem I had in the first month was that one certain phone number that I call all the time: the call keeps getting dropped. But now I do not have that problem, and I love the fact that you can pre-pay for the phone service.
Features do not fit together well. You can receive faxes and have two lines but both lines use the same phone number, so you cannot isolate faxes, and you have to let the phone ring until it goes to answering system to get the fax. How you are supposed to know that the caller is an incoming fax, I have no idea. They were unable to help me resolve this, and the whole experience was a big waste of time. They told me I needed to get a second subscription in order to have faxes go to a second line. That would be more costly than the phone provider I am trying to replace.
I am happy with the service and the price. Time will tell if using Phone Power proves to be a good move for us.

My nephew recommended and referred me to Phone Power. Since signing up and prepaying the 12 month plan, I am more than completely satisfied with the quality and clarity of outbound and inbound calls. I am very pleased with the 45 features offered by Phone Power and have utilized several of them. The monthly charge for service is unbeatable. No other phone service can match the price, quality and customer service. It is top notch. The representatives are knowledgable, courteous and determined to make sure the customer is satified with their service. They made me feel as if I am a valued and important customer.
So far I have had no problems with the voice over IP, since using Phone Power, i get all the features, and I am one satisfied customer and i love that i only pay once a year - and not monthly like i did with my previous phone company. Its fantastic...great company and easy to work with.
Purchase and installation process was easy, and information that was provided answered all of our questions. Huge cost savings over landline it replaced. Product works very well for us as a landline replacement, with additional features that are really useful. Our favorite is an app that lets us use a cellphone with the line, so we rarely have to miss a call. Only downside: more calls have been dropped than with the landline.
It was easy to set up my phone power. I am excited about it.
All features used by me are as advertised and for very competitive rates. So far the most feature rich service I have had for a landline.
So far my experience with Phone Power has been great. Easy to set up,inexpensive. Sure I have dropped 3 channels that I have enjoyed, but the savings is worth it. Between phone,internet,television was 199.36.Now i pay 60.00 for all 3. I have saved $130.00 a month.For seniors on Social Security that is a lot of money.
No current issues plan works excellent.........
Never got the service! Emailed and called him a few times and never received a response.

Feb 08,2019I chose this provider because I thought it would save me money on my cable bill. That was not true so I have gone back to the cable provider. My experience with Phone Power was excellent. They were very polite, prompt to respond to requests for assistance and the service worked very well. If you are looking for an alternative to the phone service provided by your cable provider, I recommend this company very enthusiastically
