Apr 09,2019It’s the worst experience. I regret that I signed up with the service. They were very nice and the customer service is amazing when you signed up. Then you will experience nightmare. The service completely stopped. I lost my clients during my phone service was dead. No one takes responsibility when you contacted them. Even you canceled the service with them, they will still charge you.

Apr 04,2019Phone Power was a less expensive option for a home phone than offered by our new satellite Internet provider. We weren't sure how well Phone Power would work over a satellite but has worked flawlessly. And installation was trivial. We are very happy with our selection of Phone Power.

Mar 12,2019Great for getting your voicemails via email. Areas lacking; The website is slow to respond in logging in, reviewing messages, and any changes clicked on. The messages can not be deleted unless logged in (see above). Other services allow the deletion of messages by clicking a button in the email sent. Please consider these improvements. Thank you

Mar 08,2019We have been using Phone Power for almost 10 years and have found it completely reliable. We just added a second line mostly for FAX use and it is flawless. We had FIOS which cost a whole lot more for the same service.

Mar 04,2019I would definitely recommend this service. The company rep who signed me up was very polite, helpful, and patient. When I couldn’t connect to the service technical support stayed on the line until the source of the problem was found. It was very easy to set up the correct time zone and the other functions. Your web site is easy to follow.

May 07,2019This is my second time using Phone Power. The first time I had no issues, this time I was loosing calls. I called Phone Power who said it was probably my box so within two days I received a new one in the mail. So far no problems. Just as good as my $34/month service I had with my cable company.
