1. Quality of service has deteriorated significantly e.g. Softphone keeps on dropping calls regularly rendering the service useless. Sometimes answer yield a dead line, the software gets stuck with only alternative to close it (can't reject calls etc). 2. Service lacking basic features e.g. blocking unwanted numbers 3. C/S is highly ineffective and not customer friendly and tech support diverting from billing/accounting input. Tech support not customer friendly and not always effective (e.g. resolving issues with faxing, lengthening the time one is given to complete a call (impossible to dial unless one knows the number by heart) 4. Pricing is out of line with QoS. Given the existence of Google Voice, Viber and a myriad of other applications one would imaging that pricing of calls (e.g. overseas) would be closer. At least at current prices, one would expect premium service.
I'm very happy with the service. Setup was very simple and straight forward.
I purchased this plan because it stated they allow international calling. Had id known for every 7 international calls i placed id be flagged i wouldn't have got it. Every week my phone was flagged. Then i was told id have to purchase each call placed. Not worth it. False advertising.
Quality of calls are very bad, cuts out constantly. I am past my 30 days or I would return the unit.
phone power was able to do what xfinity said could not be done. Xfinity was unable to move our phone number when we moved approximately 12 miles from our previous home. Phone power was able to obtain the number from xfinity and set up our land line service using our old number in our new home. A phone number we have had in our family for over 50 years. xfinity said it was impossible, phone power made it happen. Happy customer.

The phone connection works great; no issues so far.
Excellent service with reasonable pricing options. The cloned line option works better than just having one line with call waiting as someone else can take the 2nd call on another phone or make a 2nd call on another phone while the other is in use. Setting up service is quick and easy. Another plus is that you can use your own device if you would like and they can provide the information you need to set your device yourself if you have experience. I highly recommend Phone Power!

Too many drop calls when calling internationally. Also not clear.
Signed up for prepaid, one year subscription for $114.91 total cost. Credit card charges return with $175.24 total charges. NFG.
I got this phone plan to call the uk for my mother who lives over there. It looked like a good plan at first but now ive been flagged twice for my calls. If id known there was a limit to how many times per day or week i could call i wouldnt have gotten it.
Thank you very much for the opportunity to rate this company. A very long story (an agonizing 4 weeks), but I'll try to be brief. I started out positive and hopeful on 5-20-19, looking forward to switching my VoIP service away from COX Comm. to Phone Power, only to find this process with Phone Power to be WELL BEYOND unbelievable. P-P emailed me requesting I provide (COX) account information for my existing VoIP service, to initiate and authorize the switch order. Fine, no problem. Each email reply (5 or 6 of their incoming emails over a two week period) I replied to them with the requested information. P-P stated multiple times in subsequent email(s) they "have not received my information". It quickly became a back-and-forth event for 2 - 3 weeks! I decided and politely suggested their IT TECH people may want to take a close look at their incoming email traffic... but that fell on DEAF EARS. To successfully communicate with P-P (by email) I resorted to using their "CONTACT US" page several times, directing my comment to their "order" department. P-P has posted, three (3) email addresses for: "orderproccessing" "billing" and "sales". I decided to reply with my responses to ALL THREE of their email addresses to TRY to get my reply message in the door but with NO success... insisted they did not receive my email. After the FIRST week of this nonsense, (the first 2 - 3 emails) I called the "customer service 800 number", asked to speak to "Linda". The agent was nice, polite etc, but said: "...I could not speak with her due to she was in a "different department" and that MY VoIP REQUEST ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED. Reason for cancellation: because they did not receive the information that had been requested. I specifically referenced the item I sent by US mail and she stated "the mail is not sorted out and it would take TWO DAYS to do so". That call to the 800 number was made on Monday, 6-10-19 (late afternoon) and was intended as my follow-up to having mailed the hard copies. [ On Saturday, 6-08-19, I made screen shots and printed out hard copies of all emails sent from 5-20-19 to 6-08-19 and MAILED them to Phone Power (on SAT 6-08-19 AM for Guaranteed Delivery on MON 6-10-19) by USPS Priority. ] Linda's response regarding the mailed items one week later was "we do not have any mail from you". I had and verified the US Postal tracking number with US Postal delivery but it made no difference. What else could anyone do? Their operation is so very POOR, extremely LAME. As the customer, I felt I completely failed, that this pathetic exchange was my fault. FACT: Phone Power has NO (ZERO) customer service... NONE. I gave up and notified "Linda" by using the "contact us" page again and did a follow up also by US mail to STOP further email inquiries as to "if I want to proceed with ordering their VoIP service". After all these attempts, I felt I had been talking to a WALL! I wasted about 20 hours with this riga-ma-roe, I will select a different VoIP provider. I hoped they would offer an explanation to this mystery but there was NO response... NOTHING... they appeared to have FLAT-LINED with regard to a reasonable inter-change.

Great so far! Easy setup (used my own VOIP device), and voice quality and reliability has been excellent.
Service was really easy to setup. It operates as advertised and I had an issue but they resolved it quickly and professionally. The mobile app operates better than my Xfinity app did previously. Fax is also working better than previous Xfinity service. Good job for a great price!
Great service works with all internet other than Hughes.net. Have had it for yrs for my business and just moved to town so now I can use Phone Power at my home too.
