Jun 30,2017I saw glowing reviews on phone power website. Decided to make a switch. It was a rough transition for me. They sent hardware that was not functional. Spent almost hour with tech support to fix the issue. The guy told that he will over night another hardware and I will get it next day. Even after two days I did not get it. I emailed and called them. Again they said, the error was on their shipping department. I did not have phone service for 10 days. There was no compensation for not having service, or the time I spent.

Jun 23,2017What an incompetent bunch of clowns! It took them two months to get our phone number installed and working. And only after wasting HOURS with their clueless "tech support" and "customer service". The DSL speed is HALF what they promised, the voice quality on the phone couldn't be worse, they can NEVER find our account when we call, we have to be transferred to usually three or four levels of "support" every time. What a joke. The experience has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!. Use ANYONE ELSE if you can.

Jun 23,2017I have had the service for a month and have no complaints. The phone quality is excellent and I am pleased with all the features accompanied within the voice plan. I am happy I switched to Phone Power for a low cost, great quality land line. Thank you for the great service.

Jun 23,2017Horrible customer service. I put in an order for new service with my number needing porting over. It took several calls with order never going thru. Finally got an email one month later stating having problems porting my number over. I got frustrated with the lack of progress and finally just cancelled the order.

Jun 21,2017Simply works great! No problems with the service. I can be at my computer (virtual phone) or in other parts of my home and answer the phone using my cell phone (no bars for the cell at my home.) or my standard wired phone. Perfect! Love it! Thanks.

Jun 20,2017I'm very impressed with Phone Power, from the adapter they provided for my standard phone, to the transition to their service with my existing phone number, to the pricing of their domestic plans,to the sound quality of my calls. I don't think it could have gone any better.

Jun 16,2017After years like 6 may be I close the account left the country for a few moths they say they write never receive such a letter Try to talk to them please take me out of collection I do not owe you money Well they have on credit collection for 135 dollars for equipment This people suck no respect for there client Bad looser hope they use there 135 on Oncology Chau PS offer to return such a equipment They just want it money no deals If you mail it to us we do not will return it

Jul 01,2017For about a month I have had an account with them and no complaints about the quality of the calls, the customer service and the functionality of being able to make calls from home, office computer or smartphone/tablet. The only criticism is that it takes a long time for a call to show up on the call log and their website is slow to respond for most tabs on the site. But the service itself is great!
