Jan 29,2025DUBIOUS WEBSITE!! – Ping Pong ARE THIEVES!! I requested a refund for over a month and they kept telling me the refund has been succesful and i should check with my bank!! FREAKING LIARS. If mafgriainc didn't get involved eventually, i would have been in great debt, probably lost my house too. Looking at the reviews from trust pilot, it's obvious I am not the only person that experienced it! I ADVICE EVERYONE USING OR CONSIDERING USING PING PONG TO STEER CLEAR OFF THEM!! THEY'RE AWFUL!

Dec 02,2024I have been waiting for my refund from Ping Pong for over 2 months now, and it seems like they are just keeping my money without any proper explanation. After submitting all requested information, my refund has remained in "pending" status, and they have even canceled it multiple times. Every time I reach out to their support team, they send me a screenshot claiming the refund was "executed" and instruct me to check with my bank. However, there has been no refund received on my end. This has been a constant issue for me and I’m not the only one experiencing it – I’ve heard from many others who are facing the same problem. It feels like Ping Pong is deliberately withholding money from their clients, and I believe this behavior is fraudulent. Their lack of professionalism and transparency is shocking, and they are clearly running a scam to take hard-earned money from people. I strongly advise anyone considering using Ping Pong to stay away. This has been a truly awful experience, and I would not trust them with any transactions in the future.
