Sep 13,2023From the first, Plum Guide was fabulous. The booking process was easy and very clear and the website was great. Their customer service was epic. Real people! No robots! Responses to questions and concerns were fast and personalized, and they always followed up. In fact, both Plum Guide, and the local manager of the property reached out to US to make sure everything was going well. The apartment was all they said it would be. Pics were accurate, no hyperbole in the descriptions and their local host was terrific. We are already searching their listings for a spot for December. I will use them again and again, and I have already recommended them twice to friends.

Sep 13,2023The apartment was stunning and location was superb couldn't have been more central. Hosts were flexible with check in / out times which was important to us. Apartment was spotless. All amenities including washing machine and dryer was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Outside space was lovely and well used. Although in central Barcelona security was excellent with a concierge present for most of the day and two doors before entry to apartment. A brilliant stay and would definitely stay again.

Sep 09,2023In an age when we unfortunately encounter customer service levels which so often leave us exasperated and worse, it’s really refreshing and uplifting to receive first class customer service. We readily vent over poor service levels, but it’s important that we give a shout-out to those individuals/companies that go that extra mile, are highly proactive, deal sensitively and effectively with issues, and ultimately leave the customer delighted; this is precisely my recent experience with Plum Guide. Nafeesa, Charlotte, Ione, Lauren (apologies if I missed anyone out) have been simply superb individually, but equally as a team. I would not hesitate in the slightest in booking through Plum Guide again. Thanks to you all for putting up with all the contortions we needed to go through in order to get our booking sorted.

Sep 08,2023It was an absolute pleasure booking our holiday in St Andrews Scotland through Plum Guide. From start to finish the service was friendly and efficient. The property itself was magnificent and exactly as their website described and the pictures showed. The cottage was spotless and the appliances were of top quality not to mention all of the little extras that added a very personal touch to our stay. All of this made for a superb break. We will look no further than this astounding company when booking to visit again.

After hours on the internet searching for an apartment in Umbria and running into dead ends, worrying about whether the apartments would match the pictures, and trying to figure out availability, it was such a pleasure to deal with someone who kept asking what our perfect stay would look like. We're waiting for her list curated to our needs and dates...fingers crossed.

They connect you to your host for the house/apartment which allows for most questions to be answered specifically about the rental, but also are there in the background if needed.

Sep 02,2023Plum Guide were super helpful in finding the right cottage for our last minute bank holiday break. Most properties I fancied were already booked, so I thought I'd tap in to their advice. I described the sort of experience I wanted on chat and they offered a number good options - we booked what turned out to be the perfect place for us - Run with the River in Devon. The service was for Plum was smooth, easy and we had all the info we needed in plenty of time. The cottage was beautiful and our hosts were lovely. The whole Plum experience was certainly something I'd return to next time we are booking a break.
