The follow up with the owners were very easy, usefull and getting thé Keys on site very easy. The photos on the site were exactly the same as reality. We loved that there was a floorplan so we could easily imagine our star.

Sep 23,2023I stayed at the Vista of Venezia in Venice, booked through Plum Guide. It was a fantastic experience. The apartment's location was 100 meters from the Rialto Bridge, in the center of the city, and only a short walk from St. Mark's Square. The balcony overlooking the Grand Canal was amazing, as was the rest of the apartment. The host willing to help with arranging transportation. I was worried about how to contact the property manager, so I emailed and they responded promptly with the host's WhatsApp number for cost free and very fast communication. This was my first experience with Plum Guide on my 2nd vacation in Italy and I was very impressed.

Sep 19,2023Plum Guide was so easy to deal with. They offer very good properties you can trust will be of your liking. The apartment I rented is beautiful. It has exactly what you need and not less. Pristine, nicely decorated. So nice! I loved the terrace. I spent the mornings sitting there, thinking about how lucky I am to be happy. The location was superb. We walked everywhere, it was easy to grab a cab.

Sep 18,2023This is regarding to the validity of the description of the flat and the overall customer service when a problem arose. I will never stray from Air b an b again. I booked the Isaac in East London for a total over 5k. I was concerned on check in day when I hadn’t received any information from the host so I so I contacted her. She insisted someone would meet me at check in and that I needed to be sure to be on time . As soon as I was alone in the flat I realized the photos were staged and the flat was not a second home as described but full of the owner’s property with little area for guests. There were cardboard boxes stuffed with items in the living room and pots and pans tucked behind the sofa. The view described by plum guide as a courtyard was a playground and a parking area. The problem arose when my daughter used the bathroom and discovered there was NO TOILET PAPER in the whole flat . I looked everywhere in the two bathrooms and discovered that there was a small amount of hand soap a used razor and an empty container of body wash between them . I immediately text the owner and asked where the toilet paper was. After an hour or so I contacted Plum Guide. Their overly concerned response full of apologies was to tell me they would contact the host for me. Um I already did that with no response. The host eventually responded hours later with a passive aggressive response blaming the maid , plum guide ( for getting most of the money) and telling me to walk to Tesco to buy toilet paper. My point in writing this is warn you is that have NO RECOURSE plum guide does not assist in any way and they treat you like a Karen for asking why the description isn’t accurate or basic supplies are not provided. They have a 10% negative rating for a reason. They do not have customer service 24/7 nor do they do anything but lip service.The fact that there aren’t reviews of actual properties is the reason I was put in this situation. I know i wouldn’t have booked this flat had it been on another booking site as I’m sure I’m not the first one to experience the complete lack of consideration of the host. I did do a review search before I booked but Trustpilot didn’t come up , I wish I had.

Sep 17,2023Top 3 best aspects of my stay at Later Alligator in San Diego county, booked with Plum Guide: Firstly, the Host, Property Manager and cleaning professional worked together cohesively to provide and maintain a noteworthy level of hospitality and provide the best possible experience and stay for me. Together, each truly made all the difference in my stay. I felt welcome and my needs were accommodated with courtesy and thoughtfulness. I much appreciated their warmth and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Host, Property Manager and Cleaning Professional and look forward to working with them again in the near future! Secondly, the cleanliness and homely, welcoming feel of the rental was unlike any other and I truly felt at home. I found complete comfort during the entirety of my stay and already looking forward to booking here again the following year, for my anticipated annual trip to SD. Last but not least, the ease and convenience of booking with Plum Guide. Each representative I had the opportunity to speak to was nothing short of attentive, responsive and helpful. Among many others, each representative treated my inquiries with a sense of urgency and utmost professionalism, not to mention a high degree of care. Their help was key to nailing the logistics of my stay. Huge thanks to absolutely everyone who made my trip seamless.

I was exited to find another holiday rental site which looked reputable but whilst plum guide correspondence maintains you are speaking with the property owner - you’re not and and although you receive a welcome message asking if there’s anything you need as ‘we’re only round the corner’ my request for some basic things including bottle opener and shower Matt was ignored.

Sep 25,2023This house is right in the heart of the city. Clean, well furnished and close to everything. Ample room and tastefully furnished. Plenty of room for two couples with 2 children.
