Without pop on I would not even be able to eat or smile until I get implants which costs almost a hundred grand! Apr 23,2025I desperately wanted to love these veneers. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money as I was left with veneers that I can’t use. They fall off even with simply talking. I will say the customer service was always quick to respond and they made more remakes than their policy usually allows. But despite 3 sets of impressions, one with a video coach, all of which were approved, each remake continued to be too loose. I was continually reassured that a design manager would oversee the remakes and they felt confident they could fix the problem. The final remake that I received continues to fall off while talking, but they also were made lopsided. One side went all the way to the back tooth, and the other side only went to the second to last tooth. This made them rock back and forth when biting down. The only thing the company offered at this point was for me to purchase again at a 30% discount. My comment to them is why would I pay more money when after 5 times they still couldn’t get it right. I had used a different company in the past…Removable Veneers USA…they fit perfectly the first time. They wore out after a few years, so when looking to get new ones done, I liked the idea of Pop On because of the $99 reorder. What a huge mistake. Now 6 months of trying to get them done right, I am left with a lot of lost time and money and a useless set of veneers. Look elsewhere.

In your case, we did provide a remake order that was delivered on July 3rd, 2024. Per the remake confirmation email that was sent to you on 6/19/24; you are no longer eligible for any further remakes or partial refund: "If we do not receive your top and bottom veneers within 30 days, you will not be eligible for any further remakes or a return for partial refund per our Pop On Promise." Unfortunately, we only received one arch back and the full return wasn’t completed within the eligibility period outlined in our Pop On Promise. We are sorry your smile journey had to end this way, but we do hope we were able to clarify any confusion surrounding our policies.
