I was absolutely staggered to receive a phone call asking me to confirm that what I had orderded was really what I wanted. The functionality of all facets of the printer was covered and only when it was clear that I had got precisely what I needed was the printer order processed. That is what I regard as 1st class customer service Delivery was within the timeframe specified. I would have no hesitation in using this firm again

Aug 20,2021When my aged printer stopped working it took hours of internet searches, familiarising myself with up to date language about printers and types of machines available to find something similar. No easy as there is a shortage of printers. I made many telephone calls to reputable stores to get advice and find out what was in stock. No one returned my calls. A trip to John Lewis was fruitful for advice but no suitable printer was available in store or online. Then I found Printerbase! The advice and service was immediate and very useful. A printer was ordered and delivered next day and follow up support was available. Absolutely brilliant service!! I would highly recommend this company. As fir the printer,, so far it meets my needs and does what they said it would do. If future queries do arise I am confident that I can contact Printerbase for support. Their staff are friendly, pleasant , helpful ,professional and knowledgable, with loads of patience for someone who is not up to date with technology.

Aug 20,2021Well conducted - excellent service - no reflection on Printerbase but I ended up ordering the wrong printer as I was certain that it used the same printer cartridges as I currently use on a similar printer - not the case - my fault entirely!
