I had a courtesy call the next morning to confirm the style of printer was correct for what I wanted to use it for and I was blown away with how brilliant the customer service was. I was served by Lisa who was exceptional and I can’t thank her enough for how nice she was. Good customer service is hard to come by these days so thank you very much!

I was phoned by one of the team to make sure I knew the printer I had ordered was one unlikely to be suitable for business use. It was like I’d been into a shop rather than ordering online. I received an email to check my printer has arrived safely. All more than I could have expected. The printer was also cheaper than anywhere else.

As it was not a cheap printer, i was pleased that someone contacted me to ensure that I was not wasting my money. The agent was helpful and friendly. I would recommend printerbase to anyone.
