Jun 08,2021Efficient service. I desperately needed a new scanner, which I originally ordered from Ryman’s - however after a week they still hadn’t dispatched. Printerbase took, processed and delivered my order before Ryman’s even got round to responding to my chaser. Would definitely recommend printerbase, my only constructive “criticism” would be that it would be nice to have a tracking number included with orders, so we can see roughly when deliveries are likely to be made.

The product arrived the next day and I did ring for a bit of advice. The phone was answered immediately and the product works brilliantly. Best service I have ever had from an online purchase,

Jun 08,2021I ordered a printer online, late one evening. The following morning I received a phone call to say that it was out of stock but due in the following week. I was happy with that. The day after I received notice that the printer was being delivered that day. I had made plans based on delivery the following week, hence 4 stars, not 5. Talk about quick service!

Jun 02,2021i was told that the printer would be with me the following day and i would be call by the delivery company and given a time when the printer would be delivered . by about 2 pm i called your company . only to find out that they had tried to deliver the machine and no one was in.. no one called and it was a complete shambles. i was then given the tracking number and again i was not told when the machine would be delivered so i had to wait in all day so as not to miss the delivery again. your delivery system is no good and i could not recommed you on that basise. everything else was ok

May 27,2021I ordered an Epson SC-P700 from Printerbase and it was delivered promptly, but sadly during the despatch process one of the print cartridges was delivered by an unannounced route. We received that cartridge a couple of weeks later. When I purchased an Extended Warranty, via another supplier, it could not be delivered. It turns out that Printerbase should have sent me a Standard Warranty activation code electronically (according to Epson UK). This item did not arrive. You have to register warranty within 30 days. I contacted senior management in Epson (UK) with a video report and they resolved the issue within 24 hours.

May 26,2021I placed an order online for a printer cartridge; I had not used Printerbase before. I paid for my order, but shortly afterwards I received a phone call from James Eastwood from Printerbase, thanking me for my order, and advising that a similar cartridge supplied by Printerbase was a good deal cheaper (and in fact, by purchasing 2 of the cartridges I only had to pay just over £10 extra). I decided to order 2 of their cartridges rather than ask for them to refund the difference, and to my surprise and delight they were delivered the very next day! This, I reckon, is as good an example of customer service as you're likely to see; I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case I am happy to do so.
