The team called to run through the tech specs before dispatching the order (this saves a lot of time in in-correct items) and have called moments after the printer was dispatched to confirm and offer support.

Jul 02,2021Excellent. First purchase was a Canon G650 printer. It's a new model and it was out of stock (and laughably, more expensive) everywhere else. On the day of dispatch I got a phone call. the gentleman wanted to make sure I was aware that it didn't do duplex printing. Considering that duplex printing was the only thing that caused my old Canon Pixma to jam - I was very happy that it didn't do that! Printer arrived, as promised, next day. This week I ordered the ink, late afternoon on Monday having been advised it had come into stock. Despite the late order, it too was immediately dispatched and arrived next day. Cannot fault this company. Their customer service is as good as mine.

Jun 29,2021The most amazing customer service ever!!!! ordered 16:45 on line, at 16:50 a courtesy phone call to check my operating system details, worth its weight in gold as I'd picked the wrong printer, the recommended printer arrived at 10:00 the next day, at 10:12 another courtesy phone call to check I'm happy with my purchase. In this day and age that's truly amazing & you will forever be my go to for printing supplies now.

My only confusion was that the ink and printer came by different couriers and I wasn't advised of tracking so got a bit worried when ink arrived without a printer!! Printer came later in the day so all was well. The printer installed easily so very happy.
