May 25,2021Item was out of stock - everywhere! Asked Printerbase to email me when they had it in which they duly did. Ordered online and it came the next day as has toner cartridges etc when I have needed them.

May 25,2021Ordering was very simple and delivery offered for free was impressive. The printer actually did arrive bang on time. Well packed as well. My son had to set it up for me but said it was quite easy (if one knows what one is doing - which I don't). It is a very neat looking printer and simple to use. Very pleased with it up to now. Only problem is can't seem to print directly from my screen - I have to save the document to PDF and print from there. Probably need to check settings. Prints quickly. Great.

May 19,2021I received the printer I ordered and pretty quickly. Before it was dispatched I had a phone call from the company checking whether I realised the printer does not do double-sided printing automatically. I don't need it to do that, but it was nice to be asked, as I realise this may be important to some people. Nice service.

Follow up phone call to make me aware of something on the model that I had purchased that I may not have spotted. Excellent service on the basis of this one purchase Printerbase recommended.

May 19,2021I find Printerbase very easy to search and find required items. Prices are always very competitive and fast delivery. I've spoken to their customer service department a couple of times and each member of staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable and lovely to deal with, Printerbase are lucky to have them!

May 25,2021Called them, received good advice. Slightly more expensive than Amazon, but I prefer to deal with a company direct as I hen have a service relationship. The goods arrived sooner than forecast which was good. Product worked first time. A couple of weeks late I received a follow up call to make sure all was ok (for a low cost label printer). Excellent company. Highly recommended. Dave Mitchell.
