I was able to ask questions and the customer service from Joseph was second to none. If I could give 10 stars I would. I know where I will be going for all my printing needs in the future. I can't fault the support, it was shear excellence. Great job guys.

Dec 08,2024I ordered a printer for next day delivery. It wasn't delivered the next day. The day after I was not informed by email about what time it would arrive. It arrived when I was out so it wasn't delivered. The next day I received no email to inform me of a time slot, but it was delivered - it was fortunate that I was in to receive. So, Printerbase - you as a company were great, but your chosen delivery service was as good as useless!!!!!
