Had a problem sourcing a certain type of ink but James went out of his way to try and find it for me (this was an Epson issue and nothing to do with the company). Would highly rate Printerbase and when I am ready for an upgrade then this is definitely where I’ll be heading!

The call ensured that the printer was suitable for our needs. The caller also confirmed the delivery date. The printer arrived in perfect condition and on time. We have been using the printer for over a week now and it does everything we need it to. Very well priced and we would recommend this printer for a small office like ours.

Jul 30,2021Latest Mac Big Sur operating system didn't like my Samsung USB connected laser printer. I think most printers will struggle to mechanically connect to latest Macs. So bought HP printer which connects via AirPrint. Pure magic and easy to set up. Even works with Silicon Macs. The trick is to INSTALL the HP app on each computer in use. Delivery from Printerbase was more or less instant with frequent messages saying where the printer was in the delivery chain. Very useful.
