Dec 12,2017Called their customer service without knowing it wasn't a business hour. It didn't say their office is closed but rather, asked me to wait for the next representative. I've waited for awhile and realized they won't pick up. And their quality of printing is whatever. The only good thing about this place was the price. If they can cut sticker rolls one by one instead of putting them in one roll, I would give them one more star. Also if they make higher quality paper, I would give them another star.

Dec 12,2017After having my file bumped back 3 times in 2 days, my delivery date was moved by more than a week and my inquiry email went unanswered. The instructions on what they require in a pdf are too vague and resulted in delays that could have been avoided.

Inexpensive review of file to double check quality - I'm so glad as I was printing from an old file and did not have the highest resolution on some of my pictures! Blank Friday special was unbelievable!! Quick ship, too, at no extra charge. I will be back!
