Good job done quickly, overall excellent value. I found the file submission system on their web site to be broken (happened each time I submitted two different jobs), which caused my jobs to be flagged with errors, so then it looks like you're hosed. It's 100% automated and it's difficult to speak to a human. In fact, if you try to reach a human by telephone when there are issues, you'll find it's nearly impossible. Otherwise I'd give them five stars. My graphics guy gave us a bad file, so I tried to kill the job midstream. They were completely unable to stop it, but gave me credit for shipping costs -- and then shipped the junk books to me anyway. Excellent choice for repeat orders, because you know exactly what to expect.

Printi final prodct looks amazing and their pricing is good. That being said, their site is difficult to use for an inexperienced person and customer service is never available....always requires several emails with questions never really being answered.

I love Printi. I have trusted them with my printing for about 2 years, jobs large and small. Excellent customer service, great quality, and the best prices. Don't know how they do it. They are AWESOME. If you need something printed, use them.

Fantastic, fast. I recommend making sure that the company has the order and there are no problems but once that is secure, the product is really nice quality and on time.

My company wanted to launch a creative marketing campaign to rope in some new clients. I came up with the idea of doing an illustrated storybook and after a lot of design work we had the final pdf. I sent it off to Printi and DAMN they were fast! The customization options within the Printi site were easy to use and full of choices to get exactly what you want. The support was prompt and let me know within hours that my page numbers were on the wrong side and it was a quick fix/reupload for me and then it was produced/shipped/delivered ahead of schedule with regular email updates along the way! I'm sitting with the final product in my hand right now and IT'S GORGEOUS! The paper quality/ink is fantastic and for the price it's a steal! I couldn't be more happy with the way these turned out and I know they are going to blow away our clients. Thank you SO MUCH Printi! We will definitely be using your services again for any future projects.

I really like that it was easy to purchase what I needed. The only reason why I have to gice it 4 stars instead of 5 was because my art work was uploaded and was incorrect sizing. After a few emails back and forth i finally asked what size i uploaded so i knew the difference in the file names. I would have liked for them to tell me what size I loaded as I could have probably gone with a custom size instead of going back and forth.

As someone who was searching far and wide to find a printing company for my self published children’s picture book and found nothing but disappoint, I was leaping with joy after discovering Printi. They’re the rare printing company that actually cares about their product and their customers. Speaking of that, I can’t praise their customer service enough. They’re incredibly friendly, they know what they’re doing and they’ll get the job done right! In short, they rock!

The same experience as below : We heard some stories about how uncommunicative Printi could be, but our first experience with them seemed fine enough -- after uploading a file they told us was incorrect, we reached out to Support and were informed that it was an issue with our cover. Support was fantastic in guiding us through the process, so we resolved it same day. We received a proof and it looked great. We make a few edits and send it in for a second proof, only to hear there are issues. We try to reach back out to support to ask what these issues were, but they can't tell us anything because it's the prepress team that has to check. All we get from them is that "there are flattening issues", but the prepress team does not respond until the next day, around 11am when the deadline for uploading a revised file is less than an hour later. As a result our delivery forecast keeps getting bumped while we waste an hour trying to get answers from them, making a guess at what's wrong, and reuploading a file only to wait and see what else is wrong at 11am the next day. It's incredibly frustrating that we cannot get a straight answer from anyone about how to fix our files. The delivery is delayed on a daily basis despite us reaching out multiple ways to attempt to resolve it. We are five days behind as it is, and have received more help and guidance from our own peers than Printi. I have seen clearer answers from Printi on what was wrong with file types based on the reviews left here. The email they send you is literally just "there are issues, please fix". Maybe if the prepress team was clear about what to fix to begin with, they wouldn't have any one-star reviews to answer.

Hands down some of the best customer service. We initially decided to go through Printi because of the cost, and simplicity of the website. We recently received a proof of one of our books, and were so impressed with it. Beautiful paper, printing, binding. And each time I contact them with yet another question, it’s a quick response, and always so kind and helpful. I 100% recommend Printi.

Had purchased business cards from VistaPrint and just assumed I would purchase letterhead there also. Their pricing was terrible compared to Printi! So, I uploaded my artwork and ordered two-sided letterhead. The creation process was straightforward and when I received the box of letterhead I must say I was very satisfied with what I received. I will definitely be re-ordering through Printi when I need more!

My order was wrong, the customer service line told me to email a picture of my problem, I did so and have not received any follow up several days later (except for an automatic confirmation that my email was received). The order being made incorrectly and the failure to follow up ruined my boyfriends surprise graduation gift. I'm still hoping for a refund but will not be using printi again. Update: they got back to me with an apology for the delay, and a quick refund. I understand how these things can happen and I am open to using them again in the future.
