I give up I tried a new company and that was a bad idea. I order cards for our whole team and this is the worst system. Back to MOO.

Jul 28,2018We recently used Printi for the first time. The quality of their work is outstanding. We placed several orders for trade show display items with Printi. As it often happens, shipping for one of the items in our order was delayed.. When we explained that the item was needed for a trade show, their support team (Tyler) went far beyond normal expectations to resolve the issue. In the end, it was impossible to get a replacement to us in time. That being said, I won't forget their efforts. We would highly recommend this vendor..

Jul 26,2018- 6 weeks of going back and forth for 1st Order - Order still Not even in production yet - Website Not accessible through mobile - Phone Agent EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED & NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE - SHE SUGGESTED TO ME THAT "PRINTI COMPANY MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD FIT FOR ME" (I've worked with many companies last 15+ years, FIRST TIME I'VE EVER BEEN TOLD THIS, & of course that's the least experienced ones with No kind of knowledge about anything regarding this business, gave me multiple times wrong information adding to the slow process (Nathalie) - Design department unaccessible & also slow moving - too many issues to name all - Wondering if this 1st order is ever going to be completed after 6 weeks of time lost going back & forth - waiting to see the quality of jobs if I ever receive them

Jul 26,2018I spent over $150 for a banner which was printed so dark that you could barely see the images and when I asked for a reprint I was denied. Obviously this is NOT a company that cares about things like customer service or places any value on having repeat customers.
