My one point of feedback was that it was hard to get it in the right format without being a professional design person and having the right software. Maybe it isn't as user friendly for amateurs? Aug 12,2018This is the second time I have used Printi and both times the final product has been great and the timeframe quoted was met on both occasions. If you are printing something for the first time they are very good at checking your documents to make sure they are correct before printing.

Aug 10,2018The product itself is hard to use, but the workers are fast respondents and are an amazing help in clarifying the what the product errors are. My suggesting is send the product in and be prepared to be told if every little dot of an i or cross of a t is wrong.

Aug 10,2018The LPI quality is good and the pricing is unbeatable. However, the ink coverage is over saturated. You can see at the edges of the print where the inks pooled and dried which also made for an overall darker print. All pieces were at least consistent. Hopefully, this isn't a common issue but it is an issue I hope doesn't happen again. I will continue to quote print jobs from Printi to my clients but if it happens again I will have to leave them out of my estimates, unfortunately.

Aug 08,2018The communication response was prompt. I was assertive over phone and email about my need for it by a certain time. I emailed to check the status the day before it was schedule to be delivered. Customer service rep was surprised and no one knew what happen. Because of what was phrased as glitch in the system, my order was never printed and shipped. I asked for a refund. I went to kinkos and had it printed in 4 hours.
