Jul 24,2018Tasked with creating a print directory for our association and working on an extremely limited budget I was excited to find Printi when researching print options on-line. After submitting my publication I received an almost immediate response concerning errors in need of correction (print size, resolution issues, etc.). Not being a professional in the printing industry I was overwhelmed in trying to correct the repeated issues following each re-upload (four in all!). Throughout the process my account rep./man of great patience, Tyler worked with me explaining the things I did not understand and helping me correct the document until finally it was accepted and went to print. Just received my 500 copies and the directories look great! Other than a few slightly blurred ads (due to low quality ad submissions) and the learning curve I experienced in getting my document accepted the experience was a good one! Quality of product - very good, customer service - excellent, delivery as promised - excellent, ease of use - if I knew what I was doing in the first place (no fault of Printi) it would have been better . . . now I know.

Jul 20,2018The process turned out to be relatively easy, though I am a professional graphic designer. Others may find it more difficult. I am very pleased with the end product, which is gorgeous, as well as the timeliness of delivery and the cost of the project. The website itself could have been better. It wasn't clear to me that both my files had been successfully uploaded (the cover and the interior of the book I produced). There wasn't a real receipt I could find online, and the progress of the project was not accurately tracked. A couple of times, when I tried to track the project by logging in, I get a message saying that there was no order associated with my account. I was fairly confident that all was well, because I had worked indirectly with Printi before as I helped a client with a booklet that turned out quite well. And in the end, my books came earlier than projected and the quality is outstanding!

Jul 18,2018Custom Project Project came out with superb quality and customer service was excellent. Delivery was on time as promised. The only thing is the page spread was off even after I sent pictures showing how it should be. Besides that, great work, I will definitely work with them again.

Jul 17,2018Great Prices, responsive support team and quick delivery! They printed a 1000 flyers for me. I had the formatting incorrect and they were quick to let me know so we could get it fixed. Once it was fixed they started right away and we even received our deliver a few days before the expected date. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs printing!

Jul 15,2018I wanted a travel tour diary (one copy) complete with pictures and Printi quickly delivered a product with far better quality than I expected. I'm no where near a computer expert and T in customer service helped me through any pre-press concerns that I had. If I could do it, you can too.

Jul 25,2018Quality of binding not what was expected. The binding has a lot of glue oozing out and onto the first page and last pages in the booklet. In addition - this is full color and a lot of the spines look like something rubbed against them with color rubbed off and banged edges.
