Miserable Customer Service. From a corporate standpoint, I would never order from Printi again. The biggest issue was that they do not accept international credit cards (address must be in the US) and our Amex had a Canadian address. I called and spoke to someone at Printi, but payments cannot be managed even on the back end by a human. Absolutely a waste of time calling them. Enter our finance department, who needed to rush a P-Card request same day so we could have a credit card with an US Address. Our finance department requires an address for the Payee. Printi doesn't have a physical address. Overall, it's clear why Printi's prices are cost effective. They have poor customer service, inadequate software and limited capabilities to customize solutions or think outside of the box. However, the delivery time and quality of the product was completely acceptable.

Printi (which use to be Pixart), is a great company! If I’ve ever had an issue from damage during shipping they take care of it no questions asked! Sometimes I don’t get shipping and tracking information, but when I send an email to ask, the package is usually arriving ahead of schedule! The quality is fantastic and the prices are unbelievable! This company is perfect for our non-profit organization which has a very tight budget. Could not recommend more!

These folks do a really nice job...Tyler in customer service is very helpful and helps with explaining everything the way it needs to be before printing. I am very pleased with them.

We had an unacceptable experience with our order. It arrived a week later despite they knew we needed on time. They reprinted the order to send it to our new location and it arrived late again. The paper quality of the brochures very poor.

I would give zero if possible. Horrible customer service- the worst I’ve ever had from a printing company, and I use them a lot for business. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague.

I was looking for a place that can print a book for me and bind it in the perfect binding way. I found Printi by Google, and they have been a great pleasure to work with. The file I submitted was not of the right format, and they walked me through how to put it the right way. The printing and binding quality are excellent, and it was delivered before promised date to my pleasant surprise.

The whole process from order to completion was so simple. Customer service was helpful and prompt when I had questions, and the quality of the saddle stitch books is excellent. I also loved that shipping was included in their pricing so I could get an accurate idea of cost as I was researching my options.

I have ordered the same spiral bound manual a few times from them. Every time they find an error with my submitted PDF. It takes about 2-3 emails to reconcile that I am happy with my project and that I accept any issues that my arise with my order. All I want them to do is print it as I sent it to them. The order is always how I want it, but the customer service trying to get them to accept my PDF is very frustrating and it always adds extra time to my projected delivery date. It is the same file, same specs. Is there a way to note that in the system so I don't repeat the same motions every time. Response - For this order I tried calling the customer service line first, but after being on hold for 15 minutes, I ended up giving up and going through your chat feature online. I was instructed to put my request in writing and email it. I did that. It was accepted and pushed through. Then 30 minutes later I got another warning email that the file wouldn't work. I had to find all of my previous communication and forward it on an email again. It was resolved after that point.

This was the best place I could find to do perfect binding with a small amount of books that the customer wanted. The quality is great with what I chose for the paper and cover, and I think the customer will be thrilled with the end product. Thanks and I will come back if I need to do another perfect bound book!
