Apr 14,2022Shocking customer service I have had a subscription with them for over a year and this is the 5th time that I have paid and they have mucked up my order and not been delivered… leaving my dog with no food again! Going to have to find a different company now

Mar 30,2022Decided to switch to raw as one of my dogs suffers with allergies. After speaking to prodog customer services we ordered the exotic sensitive range. Both dogs love it. Ordering and delivery has been easy. Customer service has been excellent! Highly recommend prodog. Really pleased my dogs love the food as they can be fussy.

Mar 28,2022Outstanding customer service, sorted a small issue I had immediately and without quibble….and on a Sunday! Only tried a sample pack but loved the quality, ease of ordering and delivery that we have decided to use Prodog raw permanently. Very highly recommended by human and puppy alike!

Mar 27,2022My two dogs love the food and I have been a loyal subscriber over the last year. I had ongoing problems where five subscriptions each arrived with damage to the tubs. I did report this to customer service and was asked to provide photographic evidence. On a couple of occasions they did provide a refund for the damaged tub. The situation improved but unfortunately my latest subscription arrived with very bad damage, particularly to one tub. I have sent a photo and received a refund for it. I went to feed my dogs from the damaged tub today and found a shard of the yellow plastic within the food (I have taken a photo of it). Luckily my dogs didn’t eat it but I am concerned about this ongoing problem. Also interested to see others have written reviews with similar issues. It is very disappointing and is making me consider whether I need to switch to another provider.

Mar 26,2022I ordered a bundle to try a range of flavours which was really good value. Delivery was exactly on time after being contacted by the driver with an hour time slot- beautifully packaged all wrapped in recycled lambswool and with treats - the black pudding and the ostrich aren’t ones I would have bought but my dog loved them so will definitely reorder these as well - great product and all the varieties are being ‘wolfed’ down. The customer service is excellent - my questions were answered quickly and the knowledgable staff member I dealt with was efficient and friendly when dealing with my order which arrived as stated - I am therefore confident with the service and the brand - highly recommend- thanks Prodog

Mar 26,2022Our fussy Labrador loves this. He does a happy dance when we bring it out to him! We have also found that the ProDog team are incredibly knowledgeable, and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. ProDog is a great price, great range, and is approved by the only Labrador in the world who has a sensitive stomach! Well done ProDog, looking forward to many more years of happy dogs!

Mar 26,2022It is good stuff Compared to some other raw food but run into issue after issue! My last order arrived damaged due to it not been packed properly then the courier chucking it around so some food was no good. Due to the above I ran out early so changed subscription and paid early so you expect it to come but No… Either something is wrong with the system at their side or they don’t know what they are doing I’m unsure which After a few days it still saying processing I reached out on the contact form then got a pathetic response not even a call to say look I know your going to run out its Friday I will send it they have just sent a message basically saying well I know you going to run out but it’s because you had it set for X not looking to see the order shows processing or that the dates changed The food I would recommended, the circus act running the show I would not at all. After multiple attempts someone emailed back to say it was an I.T issue there side and that the person who was working that day did not ring as I didn’t ask… so I.T issue last day for dispatch order pending almost a week yea seems like the best port of call. I expect I will get a reply on here blaming me as some of the other replies from this poor team seem to do the same, food is good the customer service however is horrendous work definitely to be done with the management and training there. For any one reading the review take a note of what they say at the end about a phone call, my email said where is my order its still showing processing but they didn’t think to ring but reply to an email when people are at work!

Mar 15,2022As a long-term customer with prodograw and having spent thousands with them over several years, it saddened me that the one time things did go wrong with delivery, they refused to assist. Instead, hiding behind corporate rules to get out of refunding me and doing the descent thing of rectifying the situation. Not what I expected as a loyal customer. I have been very satisfied (and indeed the dog) with the product but will be no longer using their services. Huge shame, as for the sake of £70 they have now lost a guaranteed income stream.

Mar 12,2022Life has been miserable for my 11 year old husky/German Shepard/little black dog cross since her diagnosis of pancreatitis 2 years ago. I tried all the recommended low fat, an-allergenic, bland foods but the flare ups continued regularly. The expensive anti nausea medication wasn’t effective. She had to be hand fed to get anything down her and she was so unhappy, no energy, losing weight etc. There was no reason for her pancreatitis. She’s never been fed silly treats, she’s not overweight, she gets well exercised and it was through reading information that it could be due to the quality manufactured kibble she’s always been fed that led me to explore raw food diets. 9 weeks in on a Prodog raw food diet and so far no pancreatic flare up, she comes looking for her meals, so no more hand feeding, cajoling etc. One much happier dog all round, she’s been given a new lease of life. Both the information available to anybody at Prodog Raw and the customer services have been faultless.

Mar 08,2022Prodog raw excellent food I've been using this company for a while would definitely recommend currently I'm trying to supplements and I can definitely recommend the shine it's no such a different to my dog's coat soft and fluffy where it was dry and brittle excellent product will continue to purchase from this company

Mar 04,2022Couldn’t be happier with ProDog Raw, the products are brilliant and so is their customer service - unfortunately my discount code I was emailed wasn’t working on an order I’d placed so I contacted ProDog through their website. I got a reply back very promptly and was issued a partial refund for my order. When my order arrived it was well packaged and still frozen however I had a pack of treats missing. I contacted ProDog and they apologised and rectified this for me. Special thanks to Sarah and Charlie for helping me out. Really friendly team, a pleasure to do business with! My Dutch Herder Mako loves all the meals she’s tried so far, her coat is super soft, she’s full of energy as a Dutch should be and is so excited for meal time. She used to be quite fussy and not too bothered by food (very toy/tug/play motivated) but she’ll do anything for ProDog’s black pudding treats - I’ve never seen her so excited by food! Thank you ProDog team, keep doing what you’re doing. Can’t fault your products or service.

Mar 04,2022I've just received my 1st order and I'm so pleased I've immediately told my friends to switch over to pro dog. Having been raw feeding for over 20yrs various different brands I can tell you this is a quality service and food. The delivery was quick, customer service was brilliant. but things I like most are the packaging being recyclable including the wool insulation to keep food frozen. The packaging of the food being leak proof and resealable too. The price is very reasonable too. Definitely worth buying.

Feb 23,2022As someone with three very young Basset kind puppies I was beyond concerned with feeding them, proteins, growth, health and everything attached that any loving dog owner wanting to give the most precious part of their life the best! I contacted 11 companies, of which in total only four got back to me and the rest never bothered, two replied and ProDog Raw with their full website giving every detail and information required to make an informed decision on what to buy was easy to use. Their products, Wow!!! What can I say without making this review sound without unknowingly make it read as though I am being paid to write it, But I took a bundle of their food in about 9 flavours initial, bought a new freezer and left out three for each of the crew the following day. No hesitation and was enjoyed, and this was and is how it has always been, one of them is slightly fussier on the fish but that is my issue not theirs as the other two love it, but this is the genius of ProDog Raw, if you find a flavour your dogs not crazy over then add it to the note and they won’t pack it in with the others. You do get that facility at the super market or most other companies. I have been using them for almost a year now and currently doing the exotic bundle which is Wild Boar, Venison and Pheasant which is awesome for them to get the various proteins. The body waste for what essential are large 20-25 kilo dogs will down size to a third of their previous size as the body absorbs so much more as there is such little bulking agents like with commercial dry food that you’ll feel it’s a waste of a poop bag to pick up little more than a maltesser size lump, but that is all there is, which means the rest goes into building your dog it the amazing beauties that these three are, and as an owner that will keep me ordering over and over again! If you are reading this ProDog Raw, then don’t change a thing… carry on doing exactly everything you do now cause it works so well on all levels. Regards Bentley, Gucci & Prada too…

Feb 22,2022My wife tried to order a sample box for her dog, and created an account, went through the order process, authorised the payment with Mastercard and only then was told she could not order a sample pack as it was for new customers only. She WAS a new customer and had never ordered from them previously, and because she had authorised the payment with Mastercard they can take a fraudulent payment at any time. They say they are not going to send it because there was already an account at the address (not with her or her dog). If this were the case why was she allowed to create an account using an existing address, and why wait until after the payment details have been entered and verified before denying the order? I feel this is just a way of them getting your card details without sending any product

I changed to ProDog from a different raw provider this year and my two literally wolfed the food down. Feb 18,2022I would highly recommend Prodog Raw, our dog suffers with severe allergies and switching her to single protein food has made the world of difference. Good choice of proteins and have always fulfilled orders on time and in full. Having such limited choice of what we can feed our dog leaves us feeling anxious that should we run out, we’re not sure what we’d do. After a few rounds of orders I no longer worry. Our dog loves the food and it’s a clean bowl every time.

He has been on ProDog Raw for 3 months now and gets more excited for his food every day. He looks amazing too. The PDR staff have been so helpful and answered all my questions by return.
