Jun 12,2023Just a wee note to say how impressed I have been with the customer service experienced recently and previously with Prodog. A simple email to request a delivery to be brought forward or moved back depending on holidays, work schedule etc, and the team respond very efficiently and courteously to fulfill my request. The dog likes the food too 👍

Jun 12,2023IF I WAS ABLE TO GIVE 0 Stars I would!!!!!!! Diabolical Company, Extremely Poor Customer service , unreliable food delivery, leaving my puppy with no food for days. Completely incompetent delivery driver, My parcel was dumped in a public area on the hottest day of the year. There are 3 retired resistant that would happily take in a parcel, however the delivery driver is instructed by prodog to leave parcels anywhere, no signature required and will not take parcel back if no one is in to take delivery as goods are perishable, however it’s acceptable to leave frozen food out in the sun and then give weeks worth of gone off raw meat to your animals. . My parcel was never received, however I was charged nearly £90.00 and my puppy again left with no food. Customer service was completely non sympathetic, there was no offer of a replacement or anything for not honouring the original delivery date, which I had arranged to take a day of unpaid leave to take in this frozen food delivery. Upon reporting to customer service that I had not received my parcel, it was two days for a response which was a pic of a box on a doorstep in a public area and an email stating proof of delivery. Family members have used prodog for some years, however in the last six months the levels of service and quality of product have declined rapidly. We have ALL since move to NATURAL INSTINCT , the products are of a higher quality, great regular safe Free delivery to you in person as it’s frozen food and customer service is outstanding. As Prodog Raw was recommended by family I did not research the company or reviews. I was not at all shocked when Reading appalling reviews on Trust Pilot and it’s evident that this is the standard levels of practice. Out of everything negative experiences comes a positive!!!! We have discovered The Best professional company NATURAL INSTINCT to ensure 7 dogs are now getting top quality food, treats and lots more delivered regularly, Thank you 🙏 for all your Diabolical service we found THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS FOR OUR FURY BABIES. 🏆 NATURAL INSTINCT - 🏆

May 19,2023Well i can honestly say the customer service has been the best i have ever received!!!! Alison what an amazing she is! Helped me with my itchy yeasty dog! Alison took the time to listen to me and email solutions & an better understanding of the way things with dogs work! I have a happy dog who is no longer scratching like a mad man! I also had a tub two tubs of food that didnt look right (but it might of been me) but they were repaced within my next order. I cant rave about pro dog enough to people! Fast deliverys, great customer service & food my dog loves!

May 17,2023Being new to raw feeding I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They have been there from the start and are always on the end of an email. All queries are answered quickly and with lots of helpful information and guidance. If you are hesitant about raw feeding please give this company a try you will not be sorry!

May 13,2023If I could leave 1 star I would. Found a sharp metal fragment in a 500g of Venison tub, pictures available and email trail from customer service! They said all machines checked and nothing found so item could not have been in the food when leaving the factory!! So it got into a sealed box buy itself or I put it in there basically! Please be aware if you use this company as profits more important than your pets. Offered me 10kg of food as a good will which I refused. I have also reported to FSA.

The quality is better than other companies I have bought from, and is conveniently packaged There is an excellent choice of low fat proteins, and my dog has recovered from his colitis since I have fed this. Unfortunately, there are too many proteins that upset my dog's stomach, which means I cannot order the more economical bundles, and although I spend much more than the bundle would cost, the postage is an additional £10. That is my one and only gripe, and doesn't make any sense, because the bundles are delivered free of charge! However, 5 star for the quality of food, excellent customer service and reliable deliveries. Thank you!

Apr 26,2023After many years with pro dog raw I built up a good discount through the loyalty rewards scheme but I found that all my dicounts had been wiped out when I went to put a new order in , the price had gone up from £87.99 to £115.95 . According to Charlie at customer services this was due to a price rise , £28 in one jump . I know prices are rising but what has that to do with the loyalty points that have been completely removed. Don’t trust this company anymore so am taking my business to somewhere that my business is hopefully will be appreciated. Also meat has been being delivered in a defrosted state in the last few deliveries so I guess it was time to move on anyway.

Apr 17,2023I fed my Beagle, Louis, a raw food diet since he was a puppy. Sadly he died two weeks ago but for the last three or four years of his hectic life I was feeding him ProDog Raw and he absolutely loved it. They have a great range of meals for puppies and older dogs. Ordering online is simple, especially as there are options for automatic reordering with discounts. The food arrives in a couple of working days in recyclable yellow tubs, insulated with compostable sheep’s wool rather than polystyrene. The tubs are half or one kilo and it’s fairly easy to judge how much you want to give your dog without having to use scales. The food is frozen but thaws out in a few hours – or a few minutes in the microwave. Once opened a tub will keep for four or five days in the fridge, though for most dogs a kilo tub will probably do for two or three days. They also do supplements and treats and their loyalty programme means you – or your dog – can earn additional treats. For the last two Christmases I ordered special meals and Christmas hampers with special chews and treats and an Advent calendar. I would recommend ProDog Raw to anyone who wants to give their dog a healthy diet and a long and energetic life.

Mar 29,2023So to be completly open honest and transparent we have used Prodog raw for the last two years and up until now would have nothing to say about the company, service and quality of food. However the last two mo this we signed up to a subscription and had nothing but difficulties- food not arriving when requested and this month took too payments out of my account and took over a week to refund with very poor customer service and poor compensation by way of an apology. Our final reason that we would never touch this company with a barge pole again is today we found shot gun pellets in our puppy bowl after eating the exotic pheasant range - then further numerous pellets found in the food container. Contacted Prodog and awaiting response from them and our puppy has been rushed to the vets.

Feb 23,2023There was an issue with their website which changed the address I entered for delivery. Nothing was checked they just sent the food to nowhere and so they just took the money and gave me nothing. When I asked they simply said they would not send me the food or give a refund.

Jan 30,2023We have a young Springer with gut issues. We moved to raw food after trying several brands of top quality kibble in the hope of seeing some benefits and improvements. We chose ProDog Raw from reading reviews etc. We have been using them since November 2022 and have placed several orders. All have arrived with no issues and well packaged/frozen. Other than the product and the delivery though, I would like to thank Alison for all of her advice in getting our dog closer to her healthy happy self again. We have had regular vet visits and multiple changes of diet etc., but it has been Alison's advice and obvious passion for the wellbeing of dogs that has had the biggest affect on our dogs improvement. I have asked multiple questions in trying to get the bottom of our dogs issues and Alison has always been happy and willing to share her opinion and advice. So a massive thanks from us. This doesn't mean the questions will stop though....

Jan 01,2023We moved to pro dog from another company as it was cheaper. Quality seemed good and was good value for money. I liked the fact that it came in boxes which could be recycled. Ultimately we had to move away from pro dog, our dog began to develop a reaction to one of the foods, she would get sore swollen lips which she would itch all the time. We changed many things and eventually had to try different food to see if thats what it was, we would have tried getting our monthly packs just without the chicken but it was too expensive. Our dog also went completely off most of the boxes after her 1st season so we moved back to kibble and since her itchiness has completely stopped.

Dec 24,2022The customer service team at ProDog Raw are fantastic. They are quick to respond to e mails and help with any query or issue that arises. We are especially grateful to Alison who has helped us with our Labrador's health issues, sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience. The ProDog Facebook page has several excellent videos from Live conversations with experts, discussing common canine health issues - we have found these an invaluable resource. The ProDog Raw food is a big hit with our Labrador - the bowl is always licked clean! The range of different meats is brilliant for a dog like ours who has food sensitivities. The range of training treats is great - natural and healthy with plenty of unusual proteins which is ideal for us. Thank you Team ProDog - we are happy customers.

Dec 18,2022Genuinely cannot rate this food highly enough. My 6y/o German shepherd has allergies to absolutely everything which made him bite himself until he bled. He was so, so scabby and missing patches of fur - it was absolutely awful and nothing seemed to be helping. I’ve been feeding him ProDog for quite a while now and it helps so much with his food sensitivities (especially with the chicken free bundle). He’s even been able to come off the steroids he was prescribed and now is fine just on apoquel for his environmental allergies and a raw diet for his ingredient allergies. His coat is the best it has ever been and I’ve had so many compliments on it from people who have seen how he looked at his worst. He has loads of energy (always fun with a shepherd!) and absolutely loves every flavour he’s had. I’ve never had an issue with delivery as it has always arrived quickly and by the specified date, but I’d feel comfortable contacting them if something went wrong. It is a bit on the pricier side - but having tried all the expensive ‘natural’ foods on the market, some are the same price point and absolutely nowhere near the quality of ProDog. The results are more than worth the price in my situation.

I had a problem ordering online and emailed at almost 9pm with a reply straight away and the option to order via the email instead this time. Can’t ask for more from a company than honest and quick solutions. Would recommend to everyone!

Jun 13,2023I started using ProDog Raw in March 2023 and since then we have seen a huge improvement in our underweight dog, and our other dog who is over 5.5 and has suffered from yeast infections his entire life, even on another raw food brand, however it had all cleared up. His recent vet appointment had the vet compliment his feet/ears and nose and said he looked fantastic. Due to his age (old age started for his breed) a full blood panel was also carried out and they have said he is a perfect example of a healthy dog. The customer service team are friendly, reliable and quick to respond. Very well done ProDog Raw and the Customer Service Team.
