Jan 21,2025I have always fed my dogs on raw and started using ProDog in 2023. I find it very pleasant to handle and always smells fresh. Added vegetables save me a lot of time as my dogs love raw vegetables and of course it’s part of a well balanced diet for them. The food is easy to order, delivered to my door in 1kg plastic containers and still frozen. They have a good variety of proteins, turkey, chicken, fish, beef, lamb, duck etc. and it’s easy to change around to keep variety. My dogs (Spaniels) thrive on it, no allergies, no skin problems, never need to visit a vet, no weight problems either if meals weighed out as per recommended amounts. One of my spaniels is almost 14 and as slim, lively and flexible as she has always been. Any queries or questions via email are answered in a friendly, helpful way and phone calls are dealt with equally helpfully and pleasantly. I couldn’t recommend ProDog more highly. Having tried a few other brands in the past I am happier with ProDog than any of the previous ones.

Jan 21,2025We switched to ProDog Raw on the advice of our dog trainers after our dog developed an intolerance to the brand he had been on for years. We use their product lines that are designed for dogs with sensitive stomachs. It's been a revelation. His coat is much softer and he isn't the smelly dog that he used to be (well not as much). The switch from previous brand to ProDog went really smoothly and he continues to love his meal times. We had a recent query about their reward scheme swiftly answered by one of their customer services team (Robin) in a professional, friendly and helpful way and are consistently impressed by all of our interactions with this brand. We've recommended to other dog owners and haven't heard negative feedback from anyone that uses them.

Jan 21,2025I ordered a good mix of flavours for my small jack russels. They struggle with bone content and the size of bone pieces so the fact this is ground up bone is a big bonus for me and my girls. Boneless is a bonus too. I love the exotic flavours as well. The customer service is great and my delivery came in record speed.

Jan 14,2025Post enjoying this company for 2 years. £111 was taken out of our account and we gained no goods for this. Post postponing a delivery (of which we had done at least 3 times prior). Our order never arrived and we were given no refund or replacement. Leaving our dogs without food and with the only communication disgustingly unprofessional emails with emoji sad faces to console us. The issue is we have been undertaking the same actions for our dog food but one time they chose to not deliver and this was apparently our fault. They kept out £111 and we will never be gaining this food again. We have now found a new company which are lovely and have great costumer service and even food that amazingly looks even more nutritious that our dogs love. We will be advising our friends and family to transfer with a discount we have for there also. If you don’t look after your customers this is what you get. In response to their reply. We changed the delivery through following a link they sent us on their email to us - I don’t believe if you’re able to change something from an offical email we should be charged for it. Ether way the customer service was appalling. Night and day incomparison to bella and duke’ who have been amazing!

Jan 14,2025I've been purchasing the luxury complete from Prodog for around 9months now. My girl seems to love it and gobbles it down with no problems. it looks like a good quality of raw, the packaging is nice and I like that it's recyclable, I sometimes reuse them for her treats or to defrost other raw items I add to her food. The meat tends to have a high bone content for my dog, I've received advice from the Prodog team on ways I can try and balance it out, ie adding more veg or offal. I'm in the process of playing around with ingredients to try and find the right balance for her. I intend to switch from the luxury complete pack and just order 50% bone free and mix it with the ones that contain bone. Food has arrived frozen except for one occasion, when a few tubs were almost defrosted but I just kept those in the fridge and used them up first. The food has arrived on time except for one occasion, when I made a change to our subscription and this caused a delay in the order being processed. This was quickly resolved to prevent my girl from not having her food. The only thing that I could say is that I've had some tubs arrive cracked or the lid slightly parted from the tubs. This hasn't caused any serious issues as the tubs were frozen, I'd be more concerned if the had arrived like that and had defrosted. I've contacted customer service on multiple occasions since I started buying from Prodog. I've always experienced a quick response, any problems I've had have been resolved quickly, I'm enjoying the experience so far and hope to continue purchasing from Prodog.

Jan 14,2025I struggled to settle with a raw food brand until I found prodog. Prodog is an amazing product and the only brand I go to now. My dog loves this food, a good variety of different meat flavours keep the meals interesting and helps you swop the proteins. I use the complete as a good nutritional balance covering all dogs needs. They sell a variety of top up supplements too. Any issues the customer support team are straight on it, helpful and efficient. I find it quite economical too for the quality.

Jan 13,2025A problem with my payment provider meant my order just before Christmas didn’t go through, potentially leaving me without food for my Maltipoo who is 100% reliant on one protein due to allergies. The team were brilliant, they went above and beyond to help me rectify the matter and even though they had officially finished for the Christmas period, they made sure the order still went through. Great team, great food and a very happy Coco at dinner time!

Jan 11,2025Good at selling food, but if any issues arise they not very helpful or sympathetic. Had an order stolen from outside and was told its basically a me problem and was offered a credit after many emails back and forth with mis-information, the last time before that I was offered a cheap bag of dog treats. Spent £100s with this company so a-bit disappointed, keep the voucher.

Jan 09,2025Today I'm here doing another review on prodog but this time with a 5 star rating I had been on the phone with manager Frank and he could not have been any more helpful than what he was. He issued a new batch out for me as the other at the time had gone missing but also issued me a refund let's say compensation somewhere on the lines could not of had a better guy to deal with my complaint so now my pooch can start his new food in morning and see how he goes on it fingers cross my pooch likes it. FRANK THANK YOU MY FRIEND FOR PUTTING 100% IN TO RESOLVING MY ISSUE REGARDING ORDER👍🐶

Took an age to get hold of them to try and sort out and they couldn't tell us why we weren't notified that our order was not coming

The food is good and (if you choose the correct variety) suitable for my dalmatians, who gives it 5 stars! I also use the 'Flex' supplement which looks after their joints. All in all excellent company.

Jan 01,2025ProDog Raw has been amazing! They’ve got such a huge range of proteins to choose from, including some exotic ones, which is brilliant for dogs with sensitivities. The food comes really well packaged, and their website is full of helpful information, making it super easy to navigate. My Cavapoo has had issues with yeast and itchy skin, we've been to the vets, tried the cleaners at home, and then went on a journey of researching and trying to improve his diet and life as a whole, his yeasty ears are finally starting to clear up with ZERO medicine from the vets. Prodogs range has been a lifesaver in helping me figure out what works for him and what doesn’t, we're still figuring it out but its been great so far. The support from Alison, their nutritionist, and Caroline, their behaviourist, has been incredible. They’ve been there whenever I needed advice, whether over email or on the phone, and it’s made such a difference. Before, my dog was so fussy and barely ate anything. Now, thanks to the quality of the food and Caroline’s tips on keeping him calm and sticking to strict mealtimes, he’s eating better than ever, maybe even a little too much! I’ve only just started my raw feeding journey, but ProDog Raw has made it such a positive experience. Massive thanks to the team for all their help!

Jan 22,2025The customer service I have received is second to none. They were very willing to accommodate my request for changing my delivery address, after I'd placed an order and forgot to do it myself, going above and beyond what I was expecting, as well as telling me about other services they could help me with in the future. The latest thing I had to contact them for was changing the date of my subscription after moving it for Christmas. It was done with no fuss and in the usual helpful and pleasant manner I had received before. In regards the food, my dog was very changeable about what he ate and I found myself changing the type of food more times that i care to remember. Then I tried raw food, but found that I had to keep going to the shop to stock up and then cook up the various things such as vegetables etc that I had to put with it. He liked it but not quite as much as he does now. But then I found ProDog Raw and tried their bundle - my dog lapped up the food and I found they did a subscription service and the food came ready prepared. I signed up and received my first delivery of mixed food for a month back in October 24. All I had to do was remember to take it out of the freezer and thaw. It's brilliant. Thank You
