Feb 17,2025Happy dogs! Happy parents ☺️. After getting another pup we realized how much poo we were dealing with 😳. Next door mentioned that their dogs poo was so much less and easier to handle because more of it was absorbed by the dog. This made me realize how much we were feeding our dogs only for it to come out the other end ! I love knowing they are getting top notch nutrition and have a much more easily cleaned garden 🤗

Feb 16,2025I have been a loyal customer for years and have never had an issue. My dog loves the food but I can no longer give money to a company that treats its customers this way. I have a subscription and needed food shipping a little earlier than the date set. However, when you click 'Ship Now' it does not ship your subscription order early and then adjust it. This is despite stating: "If you are low on food, you can choose to ship your subscription now. Clicking "Ship Now" will charge your card and process your order right away. Your subscription's next delivery date will then be adjusted according to your current schedule" It does not in fact adjust your next delivery date - this is an outright lie. I have been charged twice and refused a refund for this, with them stating that it creates another order and as far as they're concerned it was intentional. This is blatant misinformation on their website and yet they have taken no responsibility for it and their email response was shocking. I have nowhere to store the additional food and have rejected the delivery due to their error, but I'm now out of pocket. I will no longer be ordering from this company due to some of the worst customer service I have received, but wanted others to not lose out financially too. I will no longer recommend this company and could not be more disappointed with their response. Edited to add: I have since had a phone call from customer service after them rejecting my Facebook post designed to warn other customers. The feedback was merely that "all is clear in the ship now details" and that I "contacted too late to cancel" the duplicate order. As though I should have been looking out for a duplicate payment. Apparently the issue is now with a customer services manager, but given the lack of accountability thus far I'm not optimistic they will do what is right. If the issue isn't resolved with a full refund Trading Standards will be contacted with a sceenshot of the wording on the website which is clear misinformation.

Feb 15,2025Customer service is better than a 5 star Michelin restaurant... The food isn't far off either (judging by my dogs reaction) (German shepherd) Kevin reached out after my order to ask if all was ok, I explained that a couple of the tubs had snapped in transit (what was obviously caused by royal mail chucking the package around). Kevin apologized and offered to send me a free luxury bundle as a good will gesture what I was shocked by, as normally with other companies you'd have to email them first and they would give you a "sorry" and that's it. So I was very shocked by 1 - them reaching out to check in after the offer and 2 - the free bundle as a good will gesture Kevin was also asking how prince was getting on with the new food and if I had any feedback. Prince has loved the food They are packed In nice tubs and not those plastic chubs what are messy and annoying to get into Great variety of foods/ proteins Great deals on bundles And the customer services is second to none Thoroughly recommend shopping with these guys The type of company that cares about their customer and product (very rare now a days) Bravo Kevin and team Sam

Feb 12,2025Absolutely amazing company I needed advice what raw dog food would be best for my 2 dogs so I contacted customer service first they were prompt in replying and very helpful I then purchased the trial pack as advised and my dogs absolutely love it and it improved they’re digestion straight away I also purchased a dog bone which they love the website has a great selection of food and treats and I highly recommend I will definitely be buying more for my dogs from this company again

Feb 11,2025Only the best for the best pets in the world. ❤️ I love that they offer the most biologically appropriate raw feed for your fur babies; Without any unnecessary filler ingredients. I am a vivid believer in their food and believe that it will nourish your pet and make them live longer. Great variety to choose of only amazing quality products whether it is food, treats, supplements or food for sensitivities, etc. Excellent customer service as well and there is always someone to answer your questions and take the time whilst doing so thoroughly. Caroline is especially lovely!

Feb 11,2025Really helpful customer service. I'd previously bought a starter pack but had to donate some due to allergies. Subsequent customer service gave me another deal on exotic meals, so I look forward to seeing if these are better for my girl. Great stuff, and I love their email sign-off to expect interesting spelling as some of the team is dyslexic. Lovely.

Feb 11,2025Pro Dog has been absolutely amazing with helping me get Meeko’s food right. I find it so easy to have Meeko’s food on subscription but struggled with when to schedule it. Thanks to Pro Dog they helped me straight away and now it is all set up. Meeko is on 650g a day off the offal free option due to his breed. He can’t wait for dinner time. I would love to try the supplements so that’s next on my list! The ostrich weiners are a hit aswel!!

Feb 09,2025Excellent website but with too many types of food and other offers. It took me a while to find what was needed. I ordered a sample pack to see if Lulu would like it. After a few false starts she decided she would deign to eat this new stuff. The complete food arrives in good quality boxes which are long and shallow making it easy to measure the correct amount which has yet to be decided as you can't ask a dog if she's had enough. The boxes stack tidily in a freezer drawer. -*-*/-******-*/ \\ -

Feb 03,2025We have been using ProDog for about a year after our previous supply ended, our Whippet suffers from the odd bout of pancrititas but the episodes have reduced since being on ProDog. I love the packaging & the customer service is excellent .

Feb 03,2025I use the natural dog treat range for dog training purposes, particularly the Venison and Black Pudding small chunks, and my dog - as well as those I work with, really love them! The Roast Beef Pieces are super for post-training relaxation and rewards.

He used to suffer with bad skin as well and i can honestly say i think this food has helped make a difference with that too. The customer service is outstanding every time i have got in contact i ahve always had a response within an hour. I cant rate this company and the quality of food enough.
