Aug 20,2022My princess has a yeast infection and the advice and guidance I've been given has been excellent. We're 2-3 weeks into treating it with dietary changes, weekly shower and using coconut oil or tamanu balm topically. The difference is excellent. Can't thank them enough

Aug 04,2022I've been using this company for a couple of months as a new dog owner of a rescue dog with lots of issues. The food is great and well enjoyed by the dog. She's not a fussy eater but does a lovely little tippy tap dance for this. The best thing though is the customer service. I emailed a query and have had incredible support from Alison who has gone out of her way to help answer my questions but also point me in the direction of other ideas and information - not in the slightest bit pushing their products on me. I thoroughly recommend them as a company.

Aug 03,2022We’ve been customers for a few months and have always received excellent customer service with our deliveries arriving on the day specified. We have three dogs with two always devouring the food and one being picky. Sometimes she’ll eat it and sometimes she won’t. She’s always been the same!! We order on the 28 day subscription and have the complete raw meals, pretty much every flavour with their favourites doubled up to last the month. They also have lots of the treats which they also love. We’ve tried a few different brands over the years but like to support smaller companies and with Pro Dog Raw supporting local causes and using such good quality British produce, we will continue to use them as long as the girls keep eating it. I have asked some questions over the months and always receive a prompt reply and they have always been very helpful

Aug 03,2022Switched my former Cypriot Street Dog to Raw and the difference is incredible. Its a myth that street dogs will eat anything, he was quite the fussy eater! But since switching him to Prodog his coat is fantastic, his breath is less smelly and he finishes every single meal. First class product, service and company. Can't fault.

Aug 02,2022This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I felt it important to warn others how this company practices. My regular monthly subscription for £70 auto renewed last month and I got a notification from the delivery company, DPD, that it would be delivered on the Saturday. They offered me the ability to reschedule the delivery, which I did and delayed it to the Sunday as I was at a wedding on the Saturday. When the delivery did not arrive on the Sunday I contacted ProDog Raw to find out if the food would still be OK for my dog to eat on the Monday. And they told me that the food had been destroyed by DPD, because I had arranged a redelivery with DPD. They said it was my fault as per clause 9.4 of the contract. 9.4??!! So I would not get a refund. They would keep my £70. I reasoned that if the company was regulated they would have to highlight this clause as it is so important, but they weren't interested. I also queried the fact that DPD had offered me a redelivery and then destroyed the goods that another clause in their contract stated would have been safe to eat, but I was told that that was in the DPD contract, so that was correct for them to do so. So ProDog Raw have one contract with the Customer and a contradictory one with the Delivery company and the Customer is the one that loses out.

Jul 14,2022I've used this product for a while now and never had any issues. Yesterday when the delivery arrived it had defrosted. I sent an email to the customer service and they have been very helpful and reissued the order already. I can not only highly recommend the feed but also that they are a great company to deal with.

Jul 14,2022Awful customer service. Food excellent, my dog loves it but after an issue with my account they have delat with it appallingly. I received an email to say I was getting another delivery (2 days after i received a delivery). I emailed back straight away as it was 19.40pm, next day called them and was promised a call back. No call received but an email saying nothing they can do and they never received my email. So i called back, and again I was promised another call back. No call received but another email saying again they didnt receive my email, nothing they can do, even though I sent a screenshot of the email I sent at 19.40pm. They are totally ignoring the fact that 1. I did not place the order 2. I cannot fit the food in my freezer 3. I am going to be out of pocket by £70 4. That this issue on my account has happened before! No one is taking reaponsibility, or taking the time to listen to me.

Jul 02,2022I am very disappointed in the product. I switched from another raw food provider, persuaded by the rave reviews about the "best raw food" provider- and how even fussy dogs will eat it. My puppy will not touch it, and I am relieved to see that he is not the only one.

Jul 02,2022Great raw complete company. Never had any issues, all deliveries are on time, still frozen and my dog thrives on the food. He is very fussy but loves the variety of flavours offered. One of the better companies for protein rotation!

May 12,2022In every occasion we have needed to connect with customer service they have been exceedingly swift, professional and highly competent at resolving any changes in subscription, or other account queries. The packaging is first rate. None of the containers are ever broken (as we have experienced with one other raw dog food company) and our dog has the healthiest stomach when he is on ProDog Raw food. Compared to the many other subscription raw food providers we have used, ProDog Raw is the best one of them all for great food quality and, hands down, the best customer service care from any company, raw food provider or otherwise, we have ever had.

May 11,2022I have had the need to contact ProDog Raw about issues with changing the subscription content and delivery date They came back promptly and able to do everything I needed to do with out fuss. Some of the best service I have had in a while Also the dogs love the food and only little bit of feed back is that they did 1kg tubs for the pheasant and venison food.

May 10,2022Ordered a sample puppy pack for my 4 month old pup, who is already eating raw. It arrived cold but not frozen, however I was told it would be ok. Sadly my pup has turned his nose up at each one I've opened.

May 10,2022Been with these for around 2 years now and never used to have any problems, however recently the tubs are always damaged resulting in plastic shards either being in the food or the tubs being damaged so you can’t store the food in them. The costs have also risen an extreme amount over the last couple of months, a 15kg bundle which lasts my Bernese around 16 days used to cost £57 for a range of flavours, and this has now sky rocketed to £72 for the most basic flavour.

May 02,2022My French bulldog has been on this raw food for about 3 weeks. She had a slow feeder, but when she knows it is dinner time she gobbles it up so fast 🤣 Normally before prodog she was fussy at what she eat. And for customer service, a lady called Alison was absolutely amazing and gave me loads of advise 👍 So with such a good range of food and extremely helpful people like Alison it’s a win win. Thank you from a happy customer x

After extensive research and recommendations from fellow dog owners, I decided to put him on ProDog Raw. The difference is unbelievable, he's finally a happy, healthy dog again and i'm over the moon. The whole experience with ProDog has been so easy and the customer service is second to none. If you're in two minds, give it a go !
