Absolutely LOVING the Exotic range options for my boy who suffers badly with food allergies. Spoke to their customer services team who recommended that bundle for him after asking me loads of questions. The bundle makes it really affordable and I am confident that even though he's on an elimination diet he is getting all he needs. Their subscription service also makes it easy to order so i don't run out. So far so good and his ears are so much better. Highly recommended

Excellent service. I have a subscription and don't need to worry about remembering to order. Customer service are always quick to respond and they have a great feeding expert who has helped me lots.
Had a sample pack and my dog wouldn’t eat any of the recipes… which is strange as my dog literally eats his own sh**…
Almost from the start of purchasing from this company, things began to go wrong. They messed up changes in the subscription date on three separate occasions, and the third time, having agreed a new date, I received an email saying the delivery would be on the original date, when I had already advised them I would be on holiday. I rang to query this and was promised a call back, which I didn't receive. I rang again to ask what was happening and a very rude man answered and just kept talking over me and shouting me down. When I asked him to stop doing this (politely, though I was frustrated) he slammed the phone down on me. Needless to say, I am taking my business elsewhere. EDIT: Despite replying to their email mentioned below, and then chasing up their response twice and asking them not to collect my subscription payment until they had got back to me, they have failed to respond and have now collected my subscription payment. EDIT: Having received, though rather late, a response to my complaint, I did feel that they had taken my response seriously and taken appropriate steps to deal with the issues. I am glad to know that the person who was so rude to me will no longer be answering calls and I have accepted their offer for my order to be fulfilled free of charge in compensation for all the errors and inconvenience. I have adjusted my rating. At the moment, I have decided not to resume my subscription, as my personal circumstances require me to be away from home quite regularly but when things are more settled I may well try again, and hope they will have the opportunity to show me they deserve a full 5 stars.
Le prix peut être competitif mais quand on nous promet une date ceci pas respect donc achat en catastrophe dans un autre magasin car plus de croquettes et de plus ups on prend une demi journée pour réceptionnés mais pas reçu prévue entre 10h15 et 14h15 à 17h toujours rien si celui ci est déprogrammé je renvoie tous 😡😡😡
Customer service is rubbish Literally cancelled my order within 8 minutes via email and phone Placed order at 10.16am and within that time i had emailed and called at 10.24am to cancel . Even sent them a screenshot to prove it After 3pm i got an email to say its been sent and they cant cancel it Very patronising email. No refund or cancel policy with this company which is illegal I will be posting my experience on breeder forum too Ill go to natural instinct next time. Customer service is top notch with them FYI Food was left by front door not even a signature needed. If I had not realised half of it would have been defrosted by now and thrown in bin
At first these were brilliant until they sent a box of defrosted food. When I contacted them they sent a very patronising email to say that if it was still cold to touch to lrefreeze defrosted raw meat. Errrrrrr that would be a No from me, Told them it was irresponsible and dangerous and they didn’t seem to like that. Not even an apology. When a company is more interested in saving money than the safety of your dog it’s time to move on!!!!!!
First order, I ordered the sample pack of 10. It arrived a day late, defrosted. Customer service asked me how many I could use, I said 3, then they said they couldn't send just 7 packs.. Then another person from customer service said they would just replace the pack and send another one. This one arrived partially defrosted. Packaging is not sufficient for it to stay frozen when sent via DPD. I won't be ordering from ProDog Raw again... I'll go with a company who can send frozen food properly so that it is still frozen when it arrives.
Food is absolutely perfect for my 7 month Border Collie, always a clean bowl every time, service from company great. Just have one issue and that's why I have only given 4 stars instead of 5, is the Issue of the packaging, personally in this day and age, I think they could use more environmental packaging instead of the large bulky plastic containers that they are currently using. I recently bought a competitors raw food meal and that was packaged in a sausage like plastic coating, which I would Imagine to be a lot more environmentally friendly.
Customer service is great- my discount code wouldn't work so I sent an email and had a response the next day to say they had sorted it. Delivery is also amazing, so fast! My dog loves it too- would definitely recommend.
We have just started our dog on this food and it seems great so far. We struggle with our dogs allergies and we been able to get good selection of proteins to cater for him. Customer service is fantastic and couldn’t do anymore to help. We had a slight mix up with some of the food we ordered and had the problem solved the same day. Great alternative to Bella & Duke which our dog used to have but this is much more cost effective.

I've found ProDog Raw to be really efficient and have personally never had a problem with delivery - it's always on time and properly frozen. I've spoken to the customer service team only once but they were very helpful and friendly when I did. Most importantly our dog loves the food! As we have a large dog the size of the tubs we order is really convenient, and their pricing is really very reasonable compared to other similar providers in the market.
Contrary to one of the reviews below, I had an issue with the courier company who delivered the food so late in the day, lots of it had thawed however ProDog staff have been amazing at arranging to replace the food and have taken full responsibility on behalf of the courier company! Even better, they have assured me they are addressing this issue and going forward are highly likely to avoid similar occurences which is great because my dogs love this food and I fully intend to carry on using them!
Been using for few months for our new rescue dog, she adores her food which is great quality, and recyclable tubs too!
OK product but customer service leaves much to be desired. Order took over 2 days to be delivered and was mostly defrosted. Contacted customer service who suggested refreezing (refreezing thawed raw food not a good idea imo) or I could feed now. I have 2 dogs not 20 so not very realistic to suggest feeding 20 odd days worth of food now. They clearly could not be bothered and did not take ownership of the problem, passing the buck to their courier. Bye bye ProDog you just lost a customer! 👋🏻

Got my free samples from this company and had an issue with my receipt due to being disabled and on isolation so I spoke to their customer services who were brilliant and transferred my issue onto a manager who got back to me within 24 hrs. He was brilliant and talked me through everything without any issues and I got my samples within the week. These meals are so easy to work with and I have issues with mobility and my hands etc don't always work properly but these are great. U just defrost, measure your meal and feed and my jack Russells love them. They won't go back to dry food now and I can't wait until Thursday to put my big monthly order in. Oh and the ostrich treats!!! They wolfed down... My 10mth old is usually fussy with treats but he loved them all. Keep up the good work folks. Xxxxx. Nov 13,2021Have been a customer of prodog now for nearly 5 years, product is second to none I wouldn’t change my boys food to anything else, he absolutely loves all the flavours ( apart from salmon but I don’t like salmon either so it’s fine ) his condition is regularly commented on whilst on walks and I put this down to his nutrition, even with some minor tweaks that were needed for allergies reasons the advice and support I received to make sure Reg is in nothing less than perfect condition has been gratefully received, I did have a problem with my account and logging in however customer services rectified the problem with their very talented customer service department. Food ✅ packaging ✅ speed of reply from customer service ✅ authenticity and professionalism ✅ I feel very confident that I can reccomend to all of my doggo friends and they would revive the same service as I do. Thanks guys
