Dec 22,2022I cannot express enough how fantastic Alex has been. She has been so supportive throughout, she has constantly kept me updated and has helped tremendously. She has been extremely professional, and as stressful as selling a house can be; she works so hard on your behalf it’s cuts in it two. A great company who should be very proud of their staff.

Nov 17,2022The correspondence and communication from this company is absolutely exceptional. They keep you updated with how the process is proceeding, for myself personally, Zelda has been magnificent. If there has been a problem or a stumbling block, Zelda has contacted me straightaway. The only two negatives I have experienced are: the timescales- definitely took a lot longer than was advised (even with the information they had in regards of my situation) & not being fully advised that I may have additional solicitors fees to pay. All that being said, it has been a relatively hassle free experience and Zelda should be commended for her first class customer service. Thank you so much

Apr 22,2022What can I say, I could not have survived the difficulty of moving house in my 60's without the help of the wonderful Property Rescue team. Zelda kept us motivated even when we had a tough time trying to find a suitable property and kept us going with her upbeat and naturally cheerful style. She is one of the most sincere and professional people I have ever encountered and property rescue is very lucky to have their team, particularly the lovely Zelda. She is someone I would have loved to have met but our emails were to cherish. With love to Zelda and the team.

Apr 12,2022The Property Rescue Team were exceptionally helpful, responsive, open, honest, and professional, from the initial offer to final completion of funds. Based on my experience I can recommend that you can trust them throughout the process. In my particular case I would like to give praise to Dino, Zelda and Emelio, with whom I interacted with throughout the sale of my property; their level of customer service was really quite exceptional. If I had another property to sell I would definitely consider using them again.

Nov 24,2021The company placed a restrictive covenant on our property that we’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to get removed for over a year. They then cut their offer by 40%. We’ve been unable to do anything with the property since because of the restrictive covenant. However desperate you might be we urge you not to deal with this company.

Jan 26,2023I'm considering selling our home via this channel and have engaged with a couple of such organisations and based on Property Rescue's website statement of 'We buy any property in any condition', decided to engage with them. My initial call with Noel was very encouraging and he explained that their offer would be considerably less than what I currently have it on the market for - which I accepted on an initial tentative guide offer at £765k pending their underwriters review. Later the same day I received a call from Chris to state that due to the market situation and the house being high end, they can't give an offer to purchase - totally contradicting their written statement on their website. It's definitely a case of talk right and walk left!
