May 20,2021I received a text addressed to someone else which l thought was strange but nevertheless I responded to the request to call back in order to inform the sender they had sent it to a wrong number ( do the right thing I thought) l was told by the lady who answered my call that it was Property rescue and thanks for calling back and thanks for the email request to sell my house. I explained that the call was to inform you that the text was addressed to someone else and that I did not email your company or even had a property to sell. After insisting l had emailed the lady then agreed to remove my number from their list and I would not be troubled anymore In the last 6 days l have had 4 more text requesting me to call back and 11 phone calls from 3 different numbers that do not allow you time to answer hoping you will call back. I have reported this to the T P S as my numbers are registered with them but in the meantime maybe you can check if this is your normal practice or if you have scammers using your details in some way. Either way it needs to stop and hopefully the T P S will be able to put an end to this nonsense.

May 20,2021These guys are legitimately awful. They kept us waiting MONTHS after promising a 2 week sale and then offered us less than 65% of the property value. They knew we desperately needed the property sold and completely tried to take advantage of our situation. We refused the sale, staff were unhelpful, would only phone my brother with correspondence and deliberately withheld information until pressed. Don't waste your time, just sell on the market.

May 04,2021This company are not trustworthy I gave them a structural survey on my property. I then clarified when they made me my offer that the structural condition of the building had been taken into account. When I called back 3 days later they offered my £29,000 less than the original offer even though I had been fully transparent with them on the issues with the property and they acknowledged all the issues when the original offers were made. You should really be aware that they are disingenuous and not to be trusted.

Apr 16,2021Thank you to Dino and Zelda who have gone the extra mile to ensure that the momentum of the sale of my house was maintained- chasing me/my solicitor at every step. But I thank them especially as they kept me informed - honestly -about what was happening - daily & sometimes hourly. In times of stress & uncertainty this is so very precious. Most of my contact was with Dino who had to deal with my stress-laden emails -& did so very effectively & politely-thank you, but Zelda has also been a tower of strength. Based on my experience with Property Rescue I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Very professional treatment of customers & a true desire to help out with the sale of my house to them.

Apr 15,2021Property Rescue really did rescue us, as we had difficulty selling our house and they took the stress and worry out of it. Alex Smith was our agent and she was brilliant. I have PTSD and my husband had a stroke so we have health issues and on the day of the move Alex had to calm me down and she did. She was a real help and reassurance all the way through, as I've never sold a house before and I can't ever thank her enough. I was in the vulnerable group with Covid-19 and Alex did everything she could to protect me when potential buyers came to view the house. I feel she went above and beyond to help us, especially with my mental and physical health problems and my husbands health problems. I definitely recommend Property Rescue and really can't thank Alex Smith enough...but thank you so much for everything.

Apr 12,2021I would like to say that Adnan, Dino, Tiffany and the others were all very helpful and kept me informed as to what was happening with the sale of my property. The only thing I found was they sent lots of forms to complete and when I sent them back with one/two queries on what answers I should give they said don't worry we'll sort them for you. Then a week or so later the forms came back in dribs and drabs asking the same questions. It was a bit frustrating as I was not told about all the forms I would have to complete at the beginning. It wasn't quite as simple as I had expected. The sale took 7 weeks to complete where I was told 2-3 weeks. It was still easier and quicker than an estate agent despite not getting 85% of the proprty value . I would recommend Property Rescue to anyone who was looking for a quick sale.

May 27,2021I was looking to sell a property of mine and my details were forwarded to property Rescue and I began speaking to them about their process. For something that sounded relatively straightforward forward and quick, it wasn't, and I advise you to read all the small print, or be fortunate enough to deal with Adnan, one of the consultants on the team. He was extremely professional, polite and patient with me throughout out communications. All my queries were dealt with promptly, and he always kept his word when coming back to me. I will consider using Property Rescue in the future, but as I was not in desperate need to sell, I decided to take my time and market my property the traditional way. The concept is very good, and cuts out a lot of the potential disappointment you could face after a protracted sale. Adnan, thank you.
