Adnan looked after me throughout the pre-exchange process and I can’t express enough how helpful, courteous and professional he has been. Adnan is very knowledgeable about the process and he put me at ease straight away. He also kept in contact with me regularly, addressing any concerns I had intelligently. Adnan is an asset to Property Rescue. I have nothing but high praise for his engagement with customers. Keep up the good work.

Mar 10,2021To date 10th March 2021 I have been dealing with Property Rescue for approximately 2 weeks. I can only say that so far I have had very courteous phone calls and discussions. Mostly with a gentleman called Adnan. Adnan has been most helpful and informative in every way to all of my questions and without pressure. I have been totally surprised by the way Property Rescue has operated so professionally. Adnan has kept me up to date on a daily basis and has been most proficient in dealing with our property. I was very unsure sceptical at first, not having gone along this route in selling a house before. So to date anyone who wishes to sell their property and are genuine in what they are stating. Do not be afraid to go along this path.

The process was under competent managers. Adnan and Dino were very helpful and trustworthy throughout the whole process. They connected me to solicitors that were interested and professional too. Everything was done speedily. They are a very relible company. I recommend them to everyone selling their house quickly.

Feb 10,2021I was going through the process of selling my house to Property Rescue. Unfortunately, because of a down-valuation of my property by Property Rescue at the last stage of the process. I was made a reduced offer which I could not accept so the process was terminated. So although I am disappointed at the final outcome, I must say that I was very impressed with the Property Rescue team dealing with my property. At all times the team (Andreas, Tony, Adnan, Dino, Tiffany and Simone) were always very professional, very competent and genuinely nice helpful people. One piece of friendly advice that i would like to give to the Property Rescue organization is:- Make sure the seller fully understands the formulae that will be used to arrive at the final offer price as early as possible in the process, to avoid misunderstandings later.

Adnan was super, super helpful, polite and professional.Due to unforeseen circumstances and personal reasons the sale couldn't be completed.That not withstanding Adnan was there every step of the way. Good Customer Service! Kudos Adnan! Keep on keeping on (positively)!

He is very polite , friendly , helpful & professional & in the short time that he has been dealing with my matter I have felt that we have built up a rapport . We have had a sudden change in our circumstances due to personal reasons & unfortunately cannot go through with the sale now but wouldn't hesitate to go back if things change again ..... Dec 05,2020I'm a landlord I had a bad experience with a tenant and once they left I couldn’t wait to be rid of the flat. The fact that it was over quickly was enough to make up for getting less money overall. I'm not looking to sell again just yet but will keep them in mind.

Mar 24,2021I had my property on the market for over 5 months with local agents and 2 buyers fell through because they couldn`t raise the deposit. Spoke to Dino at Property Rescue and he made me an offer and once the valuation came in and the legal paperwork was signed, I had to wait about a month to receive my money. Really can't thank you enough and would recommend Property Rescue to anyone who is struggling to sell their home.
