Sep 28,2021I found the Property Rescue staff to be polite and professional at all times and I was kept informed throughout the process. The process was simple and speedy too, as promised. The only negative is that the value of my property was downgraded despite confidence at the start that it wouldn't be, so prospective sellers should be prepared for that - that's why I've marked it down by one star. Other than that, all good.

They completed on the purchase yesterday and I guess selling a property is not the easiest thing to do but they sure made it feel that way. Gave me a fair price, job done. Definitely use this firm Property Rescue if you want to sell your property quick without any hassle.

Jul 15,2021I'm happy to leave a good review for Property Rescue because they did exactly what they said they’d do in the timescales agreed. I needed to sell my flat quickly because I was moving in with my partner and they made the whole experience stress free and really went above and beyond by helping with lots of jobs I needed to deal with like clearing my place and furniture removals etc. Highly recommend!

Jul 14,2021Hey, would advise not to use property rescue, you need to know EVERYTHING before you enter with them. I did the 4 month deal, where they offer me slightly higher and guarantee me a sale. Not entirely true, I wasted my time for 4 months and at the end, they reduced my property to manipulate the valuer to down value the property. Staff seem ok, JUST BE VERY CAREFUL. if you could sell direct or via agent do that, Or go for the 7 day deal. Avoid 4 month deal. They will just sell your property the same way you would do. Reach out to me on linkedin for further feedback. They will respond in a manner that I am incorrect, (similar to other bad reviews) I ignored the bad reviews and had hope, but this company literally ended it all for me. Staff is ok. One guy Emilio is nice. Alex is ok. Just don't let them sell you dreams.

Jun 10,2021I & my 2 sisters were jointly selling my late mother's home. We contacted Property Rescue as nothing was happening with the sale with local estate agents. We dealt with Adnan. What a lovely, inspirational, caring young man. Throughout all the process he was clear, helpful & listened to any concerns we had. He answered all our questions honestly & he alleviated our worries. He was polite & respectful always. Incredibly knowledgeable about how the service works & the stages involved & he kept us informed throughout. This young man is a credit to his company. We all were very reassured to have Adnan dealing with our case. He did an exceptional service for us all as well as for the representation of his company. We would be very happy to recommend others to use Property Rescue services if they need to.

Particularly our day to day contact Adnan who showed patience when explaining some of the finer points of the paperwork and always, yes always called back in a timely fashion with assistance, as well as keeping right on top to ensure the process was moving forward quickly.
