Feb 08,2025Absolutely awful. Arranged for us to view a property an hour drive for us. When we got there the owner refused to open the door. The agents did not give her the full information. Accused us of window shopping. Avoid purple bricks and the seller at 318 Ongar Street Brentwood. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time

Dean Wassell made sure to keep me in the loop about the viewing time and he arrived very punctually and waited for me to get there even though I arrived 25 minutes late. He gave me all the information I enquired about and even helped me charge my phone which was about to die. All around excellent service I cannot speak highly enough about him.

I highly recommend Melinda to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent! She took over and managed to sell my house within a month. She managed every viewing and followed up buyers on each occasion without me chasing her. She kept me updated at all times. The house was on the market since July and previous agent didn’t get a single viewing booked but when Melina took over suddenly I had several interest and a buyer lined up. On top of it all I was told previously to drop my price but Melina managed to get me my asking price too. A highly dedicated estate agent.
