Bruce Hall did a great job coordinating the initial set up of our advertisement at Purple Bricks. He's been very approachable. The whole process took less than a week. The only thing I will say is that the "no sale, no fee" price should mention there is a £300 fee for photography plus £80 for an ID check. The latter payable immediately and the former if you close the agreement.

Great value for the money if you've got time to do most of the actions yourself. 3rd time i've used them. (2 times when they were "Strike". Sold our property within 2 weeks. Had to chase them abit but all good in the end. Some functionality could be better on their website/app.
This is our 5th time with an online company, Hatched, Strike now Purple Bricks. This is by far the worst experience we have had with any of them. I have just had to leave at the end of my contract after being informed (for the first time) that my contract with Purple Bricks is only 6 months and at the end of that period I either have to reduce the price by at least 5% or pay again! No One has mentioned this before and our present account manager sent me the terms and conditions through (all 21 pages). I think something as important as this should be said at the very start especially in these days of fewer sales. A local agent does not have any time constraints and will not charge you more. We have had 4 account managers since August and only spoken to one of them, absolutely incredible. The present account manager phoned at the start of December and in our first conversation recommended to reduce the price, which we did. She then phoned 2 weeks later and said I think we should reduce the price, totally forgetting we had spoken 2 weeks ago. It's been like that from the start. Unbelievably unprofessional, not sure what they are doing, don't really have any idea as an estate agent, willing to take your money, then more. We have been told by viewers that they are horrendous to deal with and they had to chase Purple bricks all the time. This is not the kind of agent I want to be associated with and will never go with them again

From the moment payment for the sales package (£999) was made, service has been non existent. In summary: The sales agent Ryan Norton did not turn up for the valuation. Two message were sent to him, but it took him over a week to reply. A cancellation form was submitted a week ago requesting a refund, as we were within the 14 day cooling off period, but we have had no response from this. Three messages through the website have been sent requesting a call back, a week on and no one has been in touch. Two seperate complaint emails have been sent, no response from these and no contact number is available for the complaints department. Phone calls to other departments have been made, in an attempt to be put through to the complaints team, but all say they do not have a number to be able to transfer you through to. Although I appreciate you give yourselves 15 days in which to respond to a complaint, the fact that no one has been in touch in response to the cancellation, or requests for a call back is unacceptable.
Leanne Tockar is the hardest working, warmest and professional estate agent I've worked with, ever.
