Mar 01,2025The agent lived 200 miles away and had no understanding of the local market. The service is fragmented between many different teams with no ownership of issues. Buyers either loved or hated the app - don’t assume it’s perfect The call centre for buyers is awful. That said, you pay for what you get. Good high street estate agents are few and far between. Have a low expectation, and be aware the fragmented service can delay and possibly lose a sale if you’re in an aggressive market..

Mar 01,2025From start till house on the market was easy. Will was amazing and made sure I understood everything I was told, also he was at the end of the phone throughout. I have a designated account manager who I have not had the pleasure of talking with yet. The young man who took the photos was very polite and also explained everything he was going to do before taking the photos and what he would do after to set up the photos online. Also the EPC check was dealt through purple bricks services.There are different was to pay. This has been stress free, easy to see how things are moving and everyone that I have dealt with since 1st choosing Purple Bricks have been very professional understand. If I could give more stars I would lol. You even get free key safes if you need them. I hope the sale of the property goes just as easy. So thanks to all concered

Mar 01,2025I'm giving 4 stars due to not initially getting the service we'd paid for. We had gone in for the full package with hosted viewings included. Initially this was done by a team where a different person would host the viewings each time, and didn't know anything about the house. However, after around 5 weeks we then had contact from our local estate agent, Carlo, and he has been absolutely fantastic!!!! So the initial service from purple bricks wasn't amazing, but we did still get offers on the house, so not all bad. But it has vastly improved since Carlo was involved. If he had been involved from the beginning it would have been 5 stars.

Feb 28,2025Arranging appointments through the website is amazing. However, miscommunication is rife. The vendor and PB don’t seem to be in sync with each other. Plus, PB takes ages to get back to you to update things or if they need more information off you.
