Right from day one when Richard came to explain the process that was easy and straightforward from the photographer who came very promptly and did an excellent job.very good system using the app to arrange viewings and our house sold within 10 days after a lot of interest from buyers. Very happy with Purple Bricks and great value, fingers crossed the next part goes as well

I had Szandra Muller as my viewing assistant for a property in Oswaldtwistle last week. We arrived on time as did she and was very clear and precise when explaining the property and its current situation. The property was up for auction so not something I proceeded with but very happy with Szandra and her guidence on this

Overall, the online estate agent service is commendable. However, the fees for the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) check and the lifetime legal subscription somewhat detract from the experience.

Andrew Higham was very helpful setting up the sale of our house. Everything clearly explained and set up. Very efficient and quick. Any questions were quickly answered. The advert was as we wanted showing everything in detail. The photographs show the house at its best. Very pleased so far.

Asked for an appointment to view a property and was told it was virtual only, I said I didn't want this and forget about the appointment as I wanted to view in person not virtual as I've already done a 3d viewing on the property online. Asked for appointment and account to be cancelled. That afternoon had a email from lily saying about booking my appointment, immediately emailed her back saying cancel account and appointment and got another email saying will do as I ask. This morning I get an email from a gentlemen called Matt whom was tryinf yo book my appointment, answered immediately saying cancel cancel cancel. Half an hour later got two emails one confirming the account was ready and two I have an appointment in person. I did make it clear I wanted an appointment in person but also to lily on the email that I didn't want any appointment at all bd not yo bother with any viewing. Matt has ignored two requests and a third request sent to him to cancel my account and appointment, I emailed and complained back to him abd explained I will he raising this review naming him. When I called purple bricks This morning I wad angry abd ended up being hung up on!!

Tryed to book the pastures in Bawtry twice and no one got back to me rubbish service don’t no how say can sell homes must be luck , have tred booking 2 times and waited and waited no one as got back to me and I have sold and can move asap but no one as rang me , my name is mr jessop and the bungalow is in Bawtry

I have purchased five properties before, but I have never encountered such poor and inadequate customer service. Today, I was made to sit in front of my computer, refreshing my inbox repeatedly, as the person on the other end of the call assured me that the memorandum of sale was being sent in real time. He kept insisting it was a “technology issue” and urged me to refresh my page, which I did—despite knowing deep down that I was being misled. He asked for my email address multiple times, and I even told him directly that I did not trust his colleagues. To confirm that my email was functioning properly, I sent myself a test email while on the call—it arrived instantly. This proved there was no issue on my end. After 30 minutes, he finally admitted that he was experiencing IT problems and had no access to my file, relying instead on information from his colleagues. He then mentioned that certain documents were missing—documents that, until today, no one had ever requested. I had already completed the identity check twice, yet there had been no proper email listing all the required documentation, only frustrating and vague phone calls. I am still in disbelief. This experience has made me question whether this is simply terrible customer service and a lack of training—or a deliberate tactic to make buyers walk away. The property I am trying to purchase is one where the reservation fee is non-refundable if the buyer backs out. The representative on the phone seemed to understand my frustration, yet his handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. I am still in shock. If I could rate less than one star I would and I certainly do not recommend anyone having anything to do with them.

I had an appointment to meet Reece Maddick on Sunday 9th Feb at 2pm. My sister-in law and I completed a round trip of 90 mins each to meet Reece. When he didn't turn up after 15 mins waiting, we messaged him, he replied not even apologising, just stating 'Hi Peter, I’m on annual leave today, I’m not sure how your valuation had been booked in'. Rude and unprofessional. We completely waited our time.
