Feb 07,2025The lady, Jenny that came to value our property could not have been more professional. Didn’t feel pressured or like I was dealing with somebody in sales. Just the opposite. Got the ball rolling on the sale and was more than helpful and extremely patient with our queries. If this is standard for purple bricks I would have zero reservations about telling friends or family to use them.

The transparency is truly outstanding, something you wouldn't find with traditional agents. Everyone I have interacted with has been a delight. Feb 06,2025Angela Parkinson (our local property agent) - what can I say. ! Angela has gone above and beyond in her role of supporting us selling our home and business. She was always on hand and returned messages and calls the same day and always helpful. She took all the stress out of the sale and her polite and courteous manner is something we’ll never forget. She was very trustworthy and such a lovely, kind lady. She is a credit to purple bricks and they’re very lucky to have her working for them. Rory was also fantastic. He came and did the initial valuation. Again a very kind helpful chap. Why would anyone want to pay the ridiculous amount to estate agents who take huge amounts on completion when purple bricks offer such a good and affordable alternative.

Feb 06,2025We were surprised at the level of unprofessionalism shown by Gurvinder Gill. We were twice stood up for a viewing despite confirming with him directly. We only managed to view the dirty flat because a cleaner let us in. Would not recommend to those looking to buy, complete waste of time

The reason I chose them instead of the others was Zoe Fewtrell. She is very knowledgeable and very professional but above all else she listened my situation and to what I needed. She went through all the options and helped me through the process. I decided to sell through modern auction and within 3 days it was sold. Please see below the response: 'Hi Ionat, The best thing to do is keep an eye on job vacancies on indeed, Kind regards' I'm very disappointed, shocked and outraged about this unprofessional and blunt response. First of all, they spelled my name incorrectly. Second of all, I believe this approach is rude and leaves me with a very bad taste that creates a bad image for your organisation. Is this how Purplebricks is getting represented? Is this a true image of the organisation? I won't take this any further but I feel that senior management must intervene and an apology would be ideal in this scenario. I leave it to you. Good day! Ionut
