Oct 31,2021While there are many positive review for Rainbow Labs, note that most of them refer to receiving support from Shubhankar, Deepthi or Chethan, etc. If Rainbow Labs' service was working properly, support from customer services wouldn't be required. Despite those positive reviews, I wouldn't use a company where you become reliant on support. Because, as happened with me, if the support isn't forthcoming then the service fails. I ordered 4 lateral flow tests from Arrival Diagnostics to use as day 2 tests on returning to the UK. The tests were delivered next day, which was a great start. On opening the package it was clear that Arrival Diagnostics re-sells Rainbow Labs' services. We took the tests, submitted the test results on Rainbow Labs' website and heard nothing more. I contacted Rainbow Labs' customer services (as directed in the instructions) after 24 hours and they replied within 30 minutes and asked for more information. I provided that but heard nothing more until almost 3 days after submitting the test, despite chasing multiple times. They then asked me to re-submit the test using the Arrival Diagnostics website, despite the original instructions stating to Rainbow Labs's website. A further 36 hours later I received the result & certificate from the original submission to the Rainbow Labs website. It had taken 4 days and multiple chases before I received the test results. Rainbow Labs / Arrival Diagnostics failed to deliver the required service and I wouldn't use them again. I would also caution anyone to be aware that, as proved by my exerience and the positive reviews, if you use Rainbow Labs it is highly likely there will be a problem that requires you to engage with customer services. Since writing this review, Rainbow Labs have asked me to delete it given that I purchased the service through Arrival Diagnostics. However, I think this review is entirely fair given that the printed instructions received with the test directed me to use Rainbow Labs's website and customer services and the service I received from Rainbow Labs was terrible.

Oct 29,2021I've post the test on Monday, tracked it with Royal mail. It was delivered Tuesday. It's Friday now, trying to contact the Rainbow labs, I've been on the phone for 40 minutes, no reply. Not happy with the service at all

Once we got onto their website and followed the instructions we were able to complete the lateral flow tests, submit our results and get certificates. Much cheaper than many other companies offering this service.

Nov 02,2021While the Day 2 LFTs arrived promptly, the process of submitting the completed negative tests was less than straightforward. Like another reviewer here in the last few days, we used the link included on paperwork that came with our tests. But despite having gone through a process we received no email confirmation that our tests had been safely received. Following email enquiries via the helpful Shubhankar, it transpired our tests had not been received - and we were required to use another link completely. This led to a completely different submission process - which was successful. Including incorrect links with the tests was clearly an error and must have generated significant confusion for many Rainbow customers. I notice that the original link included in paperwork with the tests is no longer live. It is the Wild West out there at the moment with coronavirus testing companies. This one has been efficient in a number of ways - but woefully inefficient in another. We got there in the end but the initial frustration and confusion could so easily have been avoided.
