DISGUSTING & FAILED DELIVERY NO REPLY TO EMAILS. I ordered 2 test kits for return to the UK after a Spanish Holiday. I paid for the 2 test kits to be posted & 4 days after returning to the UK they have NOT turned up. I have called 27 times & got the same " unable to take the call" recorded message. I have emailed them & 48 hours have elapsed & still NO reply. I CANNOT RECOMMEND this company as they are unable to provide me & my wife with the test kit which is required by the Government. I cannot understand how they are able to be recommended. WHICH magazine gave this company the "Thumbs up". They may need to reconsider this.
I submitted 2 Test kit results using their online portal, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. I received my received my Test confirmation and result within 1 hour but they didn’t send me any confirmation or certificate for my wife test. I sent them an email but no one replied. I called them like 100 times but it’s always busy and eventually when I got through on the phone I waited for over 50 minutes and then the line dropped. I am still waiting to hear from them as their lines are always busy. I would suggest you to avoid this Lab as there are customer service is extremely poor and pathetic.
Ordered tests in plenty of time to get them when we arrived back from our trip , still not arrived ! No track and trace with Royal Mail consignment number , web site saying not dispatched , Not answering phone and I have sent 2 e mails and still no response we are now on day 5 !!! Did our own lateral flow at home in day 1 just to make sure ! Do not order from theses people total rip off !
The only news I got form the lab was for confirming my payment and order details when I bought a Day 2 Antigen Test. Except from that, I got no tracking information of the delivery, the test did not arrive at all (and I had ordered it with one week in advance) and customer service was awful as I sent two emails and called 10 times and I got no answer at all.
Absolutely fake company, we ordered tests on 3rd Nov, 6 days later, we have not received anything yet.No response to our emails and calls, their line is constantly busy. It is a fraud scheme, they deserve to be reported to the authorities.
Test never arrived! I will report them as a SCAM to my bank!
We ordered this test because it is on the approved government list. Bookings were confirmed and payment taken on 3rd November but the order still shows as processing on their website and no tests have been sent out. We are now on day 4 of trying to get through on the constantly busy telephone line and have not received any replies to emails.

Awful. Test not received, won’t answer their phones and ignored 5 emails sent on 5 consecutive days. Definitely avoid them, can’t believe I got the link from the uk.gov web site.
On 3/11/2021 I ordered and paid on Day 2 covid antigen test on line with delivery service. Today 09/11/2021 any trace of the test. I tried to call the customer service without answer. I also sent an e mail without reply. No word.
The lateral test did not arrive, the hotline has been busy since 2 days, no one answered for my email, my Order is still In Processing status…..
Appalling service. Bought and paid for two tests, they sent one and now refuse to answer emails or telephone calls. This is clearly a scam from a company which profits from the misfortunes of others without remorse or responsibility. Avoid like the pandemic!
I could not upload my test. My husband sent a very clear picture of his totally negative test and was told it was unclear and he can pay for another test ‘which may be negative’ or isolate for 10 days. What a blatant rip off.

I want to share my excellent experience with this lab for day 2 antigen test required from UK gov.I called a few days before my planned weekend and I was very confused because I had to stay just 48 hours in London and I didn't know what to do exactly.The guy with indian accent explained me everything properly and patiently .He said that I needed just to collect the test,upload a photo, do it on Saturday and use it as day 2 and fit to fly because it goes well for Italian government.They gave me the results in one hour and a half Saturday morning.I used it to fly back home too.wonderful service and thanks a lot to the Indian guy that is so professional and prepared to help people with this nightmare of COVID-19 requirement that changes continuously creating confusion.harley street is close to regent park, very central. remember to collect the test before Friday 500 pm.they give the result in Saturday but not on sunday.hope to be helpful.
Ho ordinato per mia figlia, che doveva recarsi in Inghilterra, un test Covid del giorno 2. L'ha fatto il 19 settembre 2021 e rispedito, ma purtroppo non ha mai ricevuto la risposta del risultato. Abbiamo telefonato e scritto email più volte ma abbiamo ottenuto solo risposte evasive, fino a non risponderci più. A tutt'oggi siamo ancora in attesa di un rimborso.
My test after 4 days hasn't been even dispatched. I asked for a refund as I couldn't wait any longer but no reply.
Absolutely a horrible service… Or rather absolutely no service. My family and I ordered 2. day tests for our visit to the UK and never received them. I have been calling all day, and the line has been busy. Only after closing hours is there an machine telling me that telephone hours are from 9-17. This is rubbish! We ordered because they announced that they had next day delivery, however we have not received our tests and we get no answer from the company. Not by telephone or emails.
Still waiting for my test one week later. Flying tomorrow. No answer from customer service for 3 days!

Nov 10,2021Absolute Disgrace! Do not go near this company would my advice. I ordered a Lateral Flow test before I left the UK. I have returned and the this Company have failed to send out the test for my Day 2 test. I now face a fine from public health England for not completing my test and despite ringing and several emails I have had no response whatsoever. This Company are also potentially committing an offence by not supplying the test I paid for. AVOID!
