Nov 06,2021Horrible service. They said that the result was unclear without any explanation. The negative line as well as the reference number was clearly visible on a plain background as requested. Impossible to contact them either via phone or email. DO NOT recommend.

Nov 06,2021Yet another govt approved scam, this time a Harley Street scam...Ordered & paid for 01/11, now 06/11 no sight of any test kit after having paid £18. Phone lines do not work! When are these useless & unnecessary tests going to end ? When will the govt stop giving licence to these fraudulent companies to defraud ordinary citizens & foreigners instead of creating a govt subsidised & properly run system like Austria, Germany which do not take advantage of its' citizens ?

Nov 06,2021We never got results. We asked for proof of emails sent which they couldn’t provide. My husband and I sent our tests separately. Fed up trying to get a refund.. they never answer direct questions. They are cowboys

Nov 06,2021Apparently, the test kits are returned to the sender because of the incorrect address but the address was absolutely correct. Contrary to what they say, they are not accessible at all. I have tried to reach them million times and the line was always busy. Although I sent an email yesterday I have been still waiting to get a reply. An incredibly horrible service.

Nov 04,2021Do not use. Ordered four Day 2 antigen lateral flow tests as the website claims to be in Which? top 4 recommended and there are many positive reviews. The test arrived on the day we were due to take them (30/10). Results submitted on that day and at the same time. Two results were returned after 24 hours, still awaiting the remaining two results (04/11). I have sent five emails to chase results, no reply or results. The phone line is always busy and nobody has responded to the chat. Customer service is non-existent. Waste of money and makes a mockery of the need for a test. Incredibly disappointing service.

Nov 04,2021Sent 2 x PCR tests on Friday 29/10. Show as delivered Saturday 30/10. It's now Thursday 04/11 but have received no results. Cannot get through on their phone - is always busy. Emailed them, but received no response. If I am Covid positive then I've been travelling to and from work all week with it. They were happy to take my money when I bought the tests - I can only assume this is a scam or the company has folded.

Nov 02,2021My experience was not good. I completed the form and submitted it through their website. 48 hours past and I didn’t hear back go I emailed them chasing up my results. I was dealing with someone by the name of Shubhankar, who was not helpful at all as claims they didn’t receive my submission which was ridiculous as I had confirmation that my form was with them and I would get my results certificate shortly. Poor service all round

Nov 06,2021Absolute scam. Took the day 2 test that came back negative and is a very clear negative as compared with the packaging / guidelines. But according to Rainbow labs my result is unclear. They ask you to take a clear picture of the result and your reference which I done and apparently my result is unclear. Haha how is that even possible. Then they ask you to take a another test or isolate for 10 days. Absolute scam of a company, how they were approved by the government I don’t know. Someone’s making a fortune out of these tests. Scam company, no email or phone responses and can’t even provide the service that they supposedly offer. Don’t bother, waste of time.
