Oct 26,2024J'ai commandé une télécommande de remplacement pour une enceinte Bluetooth. Lorsque j'ai reçu ma commande, elle fonctionnait mais ne communiquait pas avec l'appareil ! J'ai contacté le SAV pour leur informer du problème. Rapidement le SAV m'a répondu et ma demandé de faire des tests, de donner le modèle de mon appareil, etc. Ce que j'ai fait. Après analyse, ils m'ont rapidement renvoyé une nouvelle télécommande qui fonctionne parfaitement.
