Dec 21,2024Das Angebot, selbst für ein keinesfalls aktuelles Gerät eine Ersatzfernbedienung zu erhalten, ist sensationell und entspricht aus meiner Erfahrung der Realität. Die Kommunikation beim Auftauchen von Problemen ist vorbildhaft und schließlich auch Ergebnis-orientiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bemerkenswert.

Dec 21,20242 semanas después de aceptar Y COBRAR el pedido, ni entregan el producto, ni indican qué esta pasando, ni ofrecen ninguna solución. Dicen que lo entregaron a UPS. UPS me certifica que NO les han entregado el producto para su envío y Remote Control World tampoco demuestra con un albarán haberlo entregado a UPS. En mi opinión son UNA ESTAFA. He perdido mi dinero y no tengo ninguna defensa contra ellos. NO COMPREN JAMAS en Remote Control World, les estafarán. Finalmente me han devuelto el dinero.

Dec 20,2024Bei VAT hat man bemerkt, dass die E-Mailbestellung nicht meinen echten Bedürfnissen entsprach: Initiative Aenderung des Auftrags ohne Folgekosten! Leider war die Lieferung nicht korrekt programmiert und die Aenderungssoftware mit meinem PC nicht kompatibel. Grosszügigerweise erhielt ich einen Ersatz der nun korrekt läuft.

Dec 17,2024Aucune confirmation de paiement et commande. prix de la télécommande débitée. et maintenant on reçoit des mails comme quoi il faut payer une taxe à la douane pour pouvoir être livré sinon la télécommande n'arrivera pas et ne sera pas remboursé.

Dec 16,2024Sehr guter Kundenservice, bei Problemen wird kundenorientiert gehandelt. Die mir zugeschickte Fernbedienung funktionierte leider nicht. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support, wurde gezielt nach den Problemen gefragt und Lösungen vorgeschlagen. Nachdem diese keine Abhilfe schufen, wurde sofort eine neue Fernbedienung übersandt. Diese funktioniert wie vorgesehen. Der Support bat um Rückmeldung, ob alles in Ordnung ist und bot weitere Unterstützung an. Für mich ist der Shop absolut empfehlenswert und die 5 Sterne sind verdient.

Dec 14,2024RCW sent me an inop remote that was not properly programmed… It took them days to reply to my request for a return and refund, but once they did, they were fair in providing a fast refund and a replacement remote... Not a good retail experience, but they were fair in handling the problem...
