Dec 30,2024Bonjour, j'ai reçu la télécommande pour mon ampli Pioneer et tout fonctionne bien. Un peu perdu au début, mais après avoir pris le temps de comprendre le fonctionnement, tout est OK. Merci au service après vente qui est à l'écoute.

Dec 25,2024Die nicht funktionierende Fernbedienung wurde nach Absprache mit dem Händler am 15.12.2024 zurück geschickt. Die Firmenanschrift bekamen wir, aber kein Retourenlabel. Eine Info bei Empfang der Rück- dung wäre auch nett gewesen. Einen Kontakt gab es aber seit dem 15.12.2024 nicht mehr. Auch PayPal hat einen Zahlungseingang nicht bestätigt. Nach Weihnachten werden wir PayPal informieren und eine Rückzahlung beantragen. Das geht dann schnell und sachlich. Die Sache ist dann aus der Welt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Peter Schmidt

Dec 25,2024I highly recommend them! Very helpful team. If something goes wrong after ordering. You can still contact them. After I chose a wrong remote control, they sent me another one for free and I didn't have to return the previous one. So, if you need a good remote control, just choose them, because you won't lose anything.

Dec 25,2024Na een probleem met de bestelling heeft het bedrijf ons gecontacteerd om zo snel mogelijk naar een oplossing te zoeken. Hoewel de fout bij ons zelf lag door het foutief selecteren van een remote heeft het bedrijf deze kosteloos vervangen en verzonden. Dat is 5 sterren service!!

Dec 23,2024Dopo anni di ricerche e un preamplificatore Roksan Caspian dsp messo da parte poichè inutilizzabile senza telecomando, ho trovato la soluzione grazie a "VAT Electronic s.r.o." Garanzia al 100%, trasparenza dall'ordine al pagamento fino al monitoraggio della spedizione. Ottimo servizio post-vendita, tempi di risposta ad email non proprio immediati ma sempre arrivati al fine di risolvere il problema che si era verificato con il malfunzionamento del telecomando ricevuto. Vi chiederete come è stato risolto l'inconveniente ? Semplice...mi è stato rispedito un nuovo telecomando e tutto risolto !!! Che dire...ALTAMENTE RACCOMANDATO !!!!! Grazie Remote Control World !!! I initially made a mistake and ordered a repair rather than a replacement but as soon as I spotted my error and reordered they agreed to cancel and refund my repair order which I think is great customer service given it was my error.
