Jan 10,2025Mit der Lieferung gab es ein Problem (Zusteller), welches seitens Remotecontroll unkonventionell gelöst wurde. Die Qualität der Fernbedienung ist gut und sie funktioniert. Meiner Meinung nach lässt sich ein Unternehmen am Besten danach beurteilen, wie es mit Problemen umgeht und das war hier absolut empfehlenswert!

Jan 03,2025Nous avons eu un soucis avec la télécommande le sercive client a toujours été a nos cotés pour résoudre le problème en mettant à notre disposition un lien pour reprogrammer la télécommande ce que nous n'avons pas su faire étant d'un certain age et ne maitrisons pas internet Nous avons reçu une nouvelle télécommande qui cette fois fonctionne correctement un grand merci au service client qui est super!!
